Welcome to our 9-bedroom Pearl West, which is located within the gated community of Formosa Gardens and only two miles from Disney World. The villa is directly on the lakefront and is within minutes of a shopping mall and fine restaurants.
The ground area has two large separate living areas, the main lounge has views of the lake and features a 60” HD LED TV. The room includes comfortable and luxurious furnishings perfect for sitting back and relaxing.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare the perfect meals. Our concierge can arrange a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost. There is also a lovely breakfast bar at the kitchen which is the perfect area for a quick snack throughout the day. The Luxury dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has luxury seating for 10 and overlooks the pool.
The pool is a really good size being 45ft and is south facing. It has lovely fountain features that are really fun. The pool space includes comfortable chairs and sun loungers for relaxing in the heat. This area also has a separate dining area that can seat up to 20 persons so is a great area for some alfresco dining.
Guests can cook in the summer kitchen which features a 48” gas grill and the area also includes a sports lounge that features a 60” TV so it really is the ultimate party area and where everyone wants to be.
The villa has great entertainment amenities including a cinema room with 100” widescreen and surround sound. This is the perfect room for children as they love it. The room has 16 cinema style chairs and a great family library of movies to choose from. The villa also have a games room that features a pool table and TV.
Pearl West features nine bedrooms altogether, and seven of the bedrooms are ensuite while bedroom 8 & 9 share a bathroom. The bedrooms feature 6 Kind size beds, three queen beds, and three twin beds.

Pearl West provides guests with use of the Laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron.
Pearl West is the perfect choice for a large family or group who require lots of space and plenty to do as there is so much going on in this area. Formosa Gardens is located just off highway 192 and is within 2 miles from the entrance of Disney World. Formosa Gardens is a gated community offering rental homes with lake side views and are all spaced out providing privacy for each home. Formosa Gardens is very close to nearby shopping malls and well know restaurants. Our concierge would be delighted to recommend places to visit and see while staying in this area.

Other information
The owners require five nights minimum at this property. The property has a digital lock and you are assigned your unique code before your arrival, and you can go straight to your property as soon as you arrive. We do recommend you hire a car while staying in this area as it would be the best means to get around. The sales and tourism tax is 13.5% which will be added to the published rates on booking. US$195 damage insurance to be also added. Cleaning fees are included for 7+ nights however if the reservation is less than seven nights – the cleaning costs US$250 + tax which will be added to the reservation.
