On arrival at Mockingbird Estate, you are welcomed in style when you drive through a winding 400 foot driveway, arriving at the impressive entrance hallway. The main living space is open plan and features many different seating areas, with luxurious couches and oversized chairs, a wall-mounted fireplace, a cocktail bar with stools and a grand piano. This magnificent room offers spectacular views of Los Angeles, particularly at night, with the city lit up by twinkling lights.

Creative cooks will relish preparing delicious meals in the ultra-modern spacious gourmet kitchen, which features all modern appliances and plenty of countertop space. Mockingbird Estate is perfect for hosting dinner parties for your guests, with a dining room that can seat 12 and additional seating for dining outside. If you prefer not to cook yourself, your personal concierge at Exceptional Villas will be delighted to provide you with a quote for a private chef and also any other staff services which you may wish to avail of during your stay, such as Housekeeping, Butlers and Bartenders.

When it’s time for some retail therapy and excitement, Mockingbird Estate is just 15 minutes’ drive to the famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills with Santa Monica being just a little further. And of course, all of the attractions of Hollywood, including Universal Studios, Venice Beach and the famous Hollywood Sign are all within an hour from the villa.
