Lumin #2

Welcome to Lumin #2 by Exceptional Villas, a selection of ultra-luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom residences located between the Elk Camp Gondola and ice-skating rink at the Snowmass base in Colorado. Its location offers guests staying here direct access via elevator to the main village where you have the best shops and restaurants that Snowmass has to offer.

Lumin #2 offers its guests a chic and modern haven with a plush feel to it that oozes relaxation. Based on the open-plan concept, you enter the main living/dining room area with the kitchen to the back. The living room has an airy feel, and the gas fireplace provides a warming focal point, alongside a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A very comfy three-piece sofa with two standalone chairs makes this area extremely attractive to tired guests after a long day on the slopes.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, so the preparation of meals is quick and easy. The main counter area doubles as a 4-seater breakfast bar which is popular for coffee and conversation in the mornings. The circular dining table is made of solid oak and seats up to 6 guests at a time. As mentioned, you can cook for yourselves or we can arrange to have a chef come and tantalize your taste buds with some of his tasty dishes (this is an additional cost). There are many fine restaurants in the village of Snowmass so eating out is also a great option.

There are 3 cozy bedrooms in Lumin #2 that are all ensuite. The Master bedroom and second room both have king beds and the third room has a king bed with 2 bunk beds above it. This is a great children’s room as there is plenty of space for all. A lovely covered balcony with a seating area can be accessed from the living room and one of the bedrooms. This is a delightful place to take in the view over Snowmass and the mountain beyond.

All Lumin guests receive access to the amenities at One Snowmass, including the rooftop infinity pool, kids adventure area and state of the art fitness centre.

Location
Lumin Residence is a great choice for a family getaway to Snowmass Base Village, one of the most sought-after skiing destinations in Colorado. Being just a stones’ throw from the Elk Camp Gondola, the Village Express Lift and the Sky Cab allows for ski-in/ski-out access, maximizing precious skiing time.

Snowmass mountain is a remarkable ski destination with spectacular scenery, but one of the added benefits of staying here is that you have the choice of four mountains to choose from. Just one one lift ticket will provide access to the three other nearby ski resorts: Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands.

We consider Snowmass Resort to be one of the best family destinations due to the diversity of terrain available for all abilities of skier, and because of the huge choice of child-friendly facilities for kids to enjoy. The state-of-the-art ‘Treehouse Adventure Center’ is a kids’ paradise, featuring a massive multilevel, childcare facility in Snowmass Village, with Colorado-themed playrooms and supervised activities for children ages 8 weeks to 4 years old.

In the summer season, ‘The Lost Forest’ is an exciting adventure playground amongst soaring tree-tops with an alpine coaster, many biking trails, ropes challenges and a climbing wall. The activities here abound, and include pond fishing, sparkling creeks to hike along and spots to absorb the surrounding nature. And for the impassioned mountain bikers, there is something for everyone at the ‘Snowmass Bike Park’. From the top of the Elk Camp Chairlift, all the way to Snowmass Base Village, there are nearly 3,000 vertical feet of purpose-built downhill trails to explore for all levels of mountain bike rider.
