Each home is fully self-contained, and boasts a heated outdoor pool which offers magnificent views over Los Angeles far below. The main house, typifying Hollywood Modern, is the larger of the two and the ultra-modern open concept interior creates a delightfully bright and airy ambiance. Massive, floor to ceiling glass doors slide open onto the outer pool deck from the entire first floor allowing the home to open on to the endless panorama of the city.

The magnificent outdoor space includes a dazzling blue pool and relaxing spa overlooked by many oversized sun loungers. A billiards table sits alongside the spa, making for wonderfully relaxed evenings under the stars. An outdoor kitchen provides plenty of opportunity for entertaining and for rustling up Al Fresco delights. The patio area is just steps from the indoor living area, making the line between indoor and outdoor living dreamily blurred. Swaying palm trees bordering the patio complete the paradise.

Inside the main house, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen blends seamlessly with the dining area and living room and provides tons of independent living spaces, with an incredible array of seating options from the massive black leather couches enjoying the skyline views to the polished timber dining table with seating for up to 8 people. Throughout the residence, statement sculptures are subtly blended with the surroundings to compliment the contemporary feel of the décor.

The master suite features a King size bed with en-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors lead you onto a sheltered private balcony with comfortable seating from which to enjoy the panoramic views. A cosy gas fireplace, wall mounted TV, Sonos sound system and walk-in closet complete the facilities within the master bedroom. We especially love the jetted bathtub taking up one corner of the master suites’ bathroom, and from which you can take in the glorious city views through the huge glass windows. Dual vanity units and a stand-alone shower also feature in the master bathroom. The second bedroom in the main house is a queen suite, offering garden views, and also boasts its own wall mounted TV and Sonos system, with bathroom facilities adjacent to the room.

The vintage style guest house is steps away from the main house, and contains two further bedrooms, three baths, a parlour / games room and another heated pool. The benefit of having two totally separate homes becomes evident as there is always a private spot for everyone to find their own hideaway. And whilst the guest house keeps to a theme of vintage through-out, there are modern touches which keep the décor fun, but at the same time luxurious and comfortable. The amazing city views are continued through to the guest house and its’ garden, and the sense of privacy enfolds you in whichever home you choose to spend your leisure time.

Your guests will enjoy a level of decadent luxury in the guesthouse, with two sumptuous bedrooms – a king suite and a queen suite. The spacious king suite offers wide city views from the large window-walls, and the bathroom is adjacent with tub and shower combo. The queen suite is delightfully cosy and also has bathroom facilities adjacent. The charming garden is like an oasis with secluded shady corners of succulents and ferns, featuring intricately designed timber garden furniture which blend quietly with the surrounding nature.

AREA DESCRIPTION
The exclusive neighbourhood of Outpost Estates was first established in 1853, and is noted for being the site of the first building in what is now Hollywood, and which was later to become one of Hollywood’s finest luxury residential areas. Today, Outpost Estates covers nearly 1.5 square miles of nature and serenity, with borders including Mulholland Drive and Runyon Canyon Park. Often referred to as the “jewel in the Hollywood Hills”, the neighbourhood was nominated a City park in 1984 and is abundant in historical architecture, spectacular hiking and wide, panoramic views.
