This gorgeous home is on a corner lot with a ski basement in the exclusive Big Springs at Northstar neighbourhood. Grouse Ridge is ideal for large families or groups as it can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.

Grouse Ridge has a light, airy interior thanks to multiple windows and doors, plus vaulted ceilings, and hardwood flooring. The fabulous open plan layout of the main living area has a chef’s kitchen, dining area and living room, with doors that open out onto the terrace. The terrace has outdoor seating including a table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining, as you immerse yourself in the surrounding mountains and woodlands.

The kitchen is a cleverly designed corner space, with built in appliances including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and refrigerator, everything you need to create hearty meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your stay. With beautiful granite countertops, there is an island that extends to a breakfast bar with four stools, perfect for enjoying a cocktail whilst the cook is busy in the kitchen! If you want to try something different from cooking homestyle or eating out at the many restaurants, why not indulge yourselves and let your dedicated Exceptional Villas Concierge arrange a Private Chef to come to the home to prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy – just sit back and enjoy your meal - it has all the ingredients for a splendid evening.

The dining area has a table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests, and is conveniently positioned near the living room, where you can retire after dinner to relax on the comfortable sofa arranged around the gas fireplace, which has a wall mounted flat screen TV just above it. Enjoy a movie or catch up on the news.

Grouse Ridge has 3 bedrooms and a media room / bunk room that has twin over twin bunk Murphy beds, ideal for the kids. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and a gas fireplace. It also has an en-suite bathroom, with a corner bath, ideal for soaking any weary bones after a day on the slopes. It also has a walk-in shower and dual vanity units. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, TV, and plenty of storage. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Additional beds are available in the media room, which has a twin over twin Murphy bed and a large comfortable sofa. Sliding doors open to the ski basement which has a hot tub. The house also has a private laundry room with a washer and dryer.
