Welcome to our villa Gems, an expansive 8 bedroom villa located at Encore Resort with lots of exciting amenities available onsite. The property features a garage that can hold up to two cars.

When you enter villa Gems, you walk into the foyer and are presented with an open plan living area that features the fully equipped kitchen on your right as you enter and a breakfast bar where guests like to have their cups of coffee or quick snacks throughout the day.

This area also has a lovely dining area where guests can sit down together and enjoy their meals. It is also possible to hire a chef in to cook for everyone and our concierge would be delighted to arrange this for you at an additional cost.

The living room has a beautiful comfortable sofa that is tastefully decorated with a wall mounted flat screen Television perfect for watching your favourite movie or Sports. There is also an upstairs living room with a flat-screen television which is perfect if people have different tastes on what they like to watch. We find the younger generation like to watch their TV upstairs and the adults can watch their programmes on the downstairs so it keeps everyone happy.

Sliding doors off the downstairs living room brings you out the pool area that features a covered Lanai with table and chairs and is the perfect area for some al fresco dining. The deck has a beautiful pool with a spillover tub and sun loungers so you can sit back and take in the Orlando sun while reading your favourite book or even sipping on a refreshing cocktail.

Villa Gems has 8 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 persons. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor while the other 5 bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor. There are three King bedded rooms, three queen bedded rooms, one twin bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds perfect for the younger generation.

The villa is fully airconditioned throughout and offers complimentary Wifi. The villa provides guests with a laundry room that has a washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

When you book this villa with Exceptional Villas you will also receive complimentary transfers to the local theme parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. The resort also has its own water park which guests will also have complimentary access to. Our concierge service is included in the rate and our guest specialist would be delighted to assist our guests in planning their vacation and help to book restaurants, rental car, park tickets, transfers etc and this makes planning your trip that bit easier.

Encore Resort has fantastic amenities onsite including the fantastic water park, a private clubhouse, community pools and a fitness centre. The resort also has a gaming arcade, tennis and basketball courts and a sand volleyball area. Guests have a choice of some great restaurants along with a convenience shop where they can pick up everyday essentials.

Villa Gems is an excellent property for large groups or family reunions as it boasts plenty of space and has the best amenities for both adults and children.

Other Information
The sales and tourism tax is 13.5% and this along with resort fees will be added to the published rates on booking. If guest wishes to reserve this property, we require 20% of the total amount and the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The owner require a minimum of 3 nights and 7 nights during holidays. The property has a digital lock. Guests will be assigned a unique door code prior to arrival which allows guests to go straight to the property on arrival. We do recommend hiring a car while staying at this property.

Villa Gems is strictly a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed. No events or parties are allowed unless agreed with the owner prior to booking. Daily housekeeping services are available on request at an additional cost. Meet and greet service is also available on request at an additional cost.
