Cortina Penthouse 12 is accessed via an elevator. As you enter the front door of the condo, you are led into the open plan style of the main living area, surrounded by large windows with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The interconnected gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas have antique wood floors and a stunning modern decor under vaulted ceilings that compliment the overall feel of the condo as the perfect alpine retreat.

The living room has a large gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV and stereo, so that you can relax and enjoy your evening catching up with the news, watching a movie or listening to your favourite music. You can access a large terrace from the living room, which extends your living area with additional seating.

The gourmet kitchen is bright and airy with gorgeous white cabinets, a full range of stainless-steel appliances, featuring Wolf and Sub-Zero, stunning granite countertops offering plenty of space for the busiest of cooks. There is a breakfast bar that can comfortably seat up to 4 guests. Ideal for chatting over a coffee in the morning or a cocktail ‘aprés ski’ whilst you create a hearty meal to enjoy at the dining table that seats 8 guests. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, creating an inclusive space at breakfast or dinner, and the large windows offer views of the alpine landscape. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to a restaurant during your stay, your dedicated Exceptional Villas Concierge would be more than happy to arrange a Private Chef to come to the condo to prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy – just sit back, enjoy the mountain views and your meal in the comfort of your vacation home - it has all the ingredients for a magical evening. The condo also offers a convenient half bath on this main floor, along with a private laundry facility with a washer and dryer.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on floor below. Bedroom 1 is the Guest master suite and has a king size bed, gas fireplace, large closet, flatscreen TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower. This bedroom has access to a large terrace via the patio doors which also offer wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding area. The ski locker is located at the end of a walkway just past the guest master and is just steps away from the ski-in/ski-out tunnel, giving you direct access right outside the door!

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, built in closet, a flat screen TV and has access to a terrace with seating, allowing you to linger over your morning coffee whilst taking in the fresh mountain air. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom located in the hallway. It is a spacious bathroom with a full bathtub, his and hers vanity units and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 is nearby and has a twin sized bunk bed, flatscreen TV, patio doors leading to a terrace.

The master bedroom suite is on the top floor of the condo and has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, access to a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has his and hers vanity sinks and a steam shower. Guests also benefit from a cosy seating area on floor, with large patio style doors and a Juliet balcony. Ideal for some time to enjoy a book or just admire your alpine surroundings.

Exceptional Villas luxurious Cortina 12 Penthouse is located on the Sundance ski trail for easy ski-in/ski-out access. Guests are invited to enjoy to some wonderful amenities including a year-round plunge pool and outdoor spa, a fitness center, his and hers steam rooms, a ski locker with boot warmers and a spa treatment room. Guest can also avail of the local shuttles in a Cadillac Escalade.
