Welcome to Capitol Peak Lodge 3204 by Exceptional Villas, a luxurious 3-bedroom ski-in/ski-out residence located in Snowmass Base Village. This lower floor unit with its expansive balcony has wonderful mountain views and quick access to the Elk Camp gondola. Restaurants, stores, and community ice-rink are also just a short walk away from the residence.

The interior of lodge #3204 is bright and modern with a luxurious feel that promotes comfort and calm. Walking into the lodge for the first time, you will find an open-plan living-cum-dining room area with floor to ceiling windows which offer magnificent mountain views. The focal point of the area is the gas fireplace, surrounded in stone with a solid wood mantlepiece. What I love most is the cosy L-shaped sofa surrounding the fire - a convivial place to rest and relax after an enjoyable day skiing. There is a TV unit to the left of the fireplace. Just behind the sofa is a large dining table which seats up to 8 guests. Surrounded by large windows, it gives you a panoramic view of the mountains and village while sharing a meal with friends or family.

The kitchen overlooks the open living space and comes with all modern appliances. The counter space doubles-up as a food preparation area and a handy breakfast bar with 4 stools. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee before embarking on a day’s snow-filled adventure. Soft carpet features throughout the living areas, adding to the warm ambience of the lodge.

As mentioned earlier, the extended covered balcony which is accessed from the living room is a real bonus for guests staying here. As well as great views of Snowmass and the mountain beyond, it also has a dining area for 6 guests as well as lounges to relax on.

The 3 bedrooms are cosy and comfortable, with timber furnishings and a homely feel. The residence can sleep up to 8 guests, there are 2 master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is a twin-bedded room and there is an additional Queen sleeper sofa bed.

During your stay, you will also have access to the common facilities of Capitol Peak Lodge, including a fitness area, two hot tubs, a games room and ski lockers for safe storage of ski equipment. Another great benefit to enjoy whilst staying here is the complimentary transportation to/from Aspen, Aspen Airport and within Snowmass Village, allowing you to maximize your relaxation time. If you prefer to have the flexibility of your own vehicle, one underground heated parking space is available for one car.

Being just a stones’ throw from the Elk Camp Gondola, the Village Express Lift and the Sky Cab allows for ski-in/ski-out access maximizing precious skiing time.

Snowmass mountain is, in itself, a remarkable ski destination with spectacular scenery, but one of the added benefits of staying here is that you have the choice of four mountains to choose from. Just one one lift ticket will provide access to the three other nearby ski resorts: Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands.
