Welcome to 5 Palms Estate, a luxurious 6-bedroom Villa that is perched in the heart of Palm Springs in California. Located in Desert Cities in the United States, this lavish and elegant property can accommodate up to twelve guests in total. It includes a profusion of amenities including outdoor dining, seating, a private pool, and a private fire pit. The villa expands over a large interior living space and offers adequate exterior living areas with views over the surrounding Sonoran Desert Hills and lush greenery. The villa also features a private parking garage as well as a charging station for electric vehicles.

Making your way out onto the terrace you will find the crystallized waters of your private swimming pool. It is perfect for an early morning swim as the sun stretches over California. This palm-lined area is bursting with vivacious plants and surrounded by majestic mountains. The pool is fringed with comfortable sun loungers and bold red parasols for casting some soothing shade. In the afternoons you can enjoy a meal outside as you dine alfresco and watch the sun setting in the distance. Sit back and relax as your private chef will cater for your meals. You could also indulge in a delicious, sizzling barbeque as you lounge around the fire pit. Look up and notice the stars that spark up the sky. You could even slip into the bubbly waters of the hot tub and you unwind for the evening.

This newly designed Villa was built in 2017 and indulges in an abundance of high-end appliances and modern features. The main living area is fitted with ceiling to floor glass window, flooding the space with warmth and natural light. The large plush sofas and splashed with colorful cushions and sit opposite a mounted plasma screen TV. Underneath the TV there is a decorative fireplace inbuilt into the wall. Attention to detail is admired in this room as everything is chic emits and sophisticated ambiance. The authentic tree trunk coffee tables to the decorative light shades above you, everything has been carefully crafted. The room indulges in smooth tiled floors and high vaulted ceilings, keeping the temperature airy and cool. The dining area blends harmoniously into the living area. It seats twelve guests along the elongated caramelized wooden table. The dining area enjoys views over the pool terrace. The kitchen is located behind the dining table and features a large breakfast bar. It seats an additional six guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, wine fridge, ice machine, coffee maker, an oven, dishwasher, and plentiful counter space.

The villa has a total of six luxurious bedrooms, each offering its own private en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms include standalone rainfall shower, while the master bedroom also features a large bathtub. The master suite is fitted with a luxurious king-sized bed while four guest bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized beds. The remaining sixth bedroom feature two comfortable twin beds. This bedroom can also be converted into an additional king-sized bed. Each bedroom is fitted with luxurious linens, air-conditioning, high-resolution TV’s and have access out onto the terrace.

5 Palms Estate is located in Palm Springs in California. It is based in Desert Cities in the United States and holds views over the surrounding Sonoran Desert Hills. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 1.2 miles in distance making this a short three-minute drive from your villa.

Your private Villa is situated only a five-minute drive from the downtown Palm Springs where you have access to a profusion of amenities and fun activities including many world-class golf courses. A ten-minute drive will lead you to the expansive Indian Canyons Golf Resort. The villa is even within a short distance to the Coachella Festival Grounds. A short fifteen-minute drive of 7.2 miles will lead you to discover the Indian Canyons while just under a thirty-minute drive will bring you to the Indio Palm Desert (13 miles). During your stay you could can venture to Joshua Tree National Park, a further 40 miles. Here you can enjoy this incredible protected area in southern California.
