This home is an architectural masterpiece designed by Peerutin and is inspired by the former American architect John Lautner. This iconic modern build convoy’s Lautner’s homes many of which were built in the 1960s in California. This home has been designed with a very keen eye and immaculate attention to detail. Every item in the home has been carefully crafted and selected from around the world.

Pengilly House is situated beautifully on Nettleton Ridge, Clifton, one of the most exclusive and luxurious residential areas in the world. It offers innovation to the highest standard as well as minimal décor and accessories.

The home is split over four levels offering a main living area, a spa, an entertainment theatre, the left-wing, an entertainment pavilion, and the pods. There are also two lifts and a glass-floored passage linking the different areas.

The home can accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms. This makes the home perfect for a large family or group of friends looking to explore Cape Town together, Enjoy the many beautiful beaches and other activities. You can rent a luxury car to adventure in, abseil from Table Mountain, enjoy a wine safari, or go jet skiing.

This area can be used for entertaining and hosting guests around the pool. There is also an enormous couch undercover, this is the main social area.

There are large spaces made available for prepping food and drinks including a gas braai and bar counters with fridges.

THE PODS:
On the third level of Pengilly House, above the entertainment pavilion are two private Pod bedrooms with king-sized beds. Each of these pods leads into an open plan wet room/bathroom. The Pod’s also open out to a shared private deck with the most incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles Mountain range. This space is ideal to relax in the evening or begin your morning with a cup of coffee in pure bliss.
