This air-conditioned, seven-bedroom Villa has a captivating location that ensures privacy and space with glorious sea views yet is within an easy distance of some of the most desirable facets of life on the Cote d'Azur. The Villa's contemporary façade comprises white walls, pretty, shuttered windows, and a tiled roof within a large garden. The Villa's interiors combine luxury and sophistication with eclectic artworks, stylish lighting, and sumptuous seating and bedding, bringing a restful ambiance to each space.

The large, heated pool is the key feature of the terrace spaces. The beautifully manicured gardens flow seamlessly around the pool decking, and there are lots of sun loungers, parasols, and easy seating designed to make outdoor life at Villa Marres Beauty rejuvenating.

The Villa's location is ideal for guests who long to be near the thrilling bustle of St. Tropez and other popular towns along the Cote d'Azur, yet with enough space and distance to unwind and relax. Guests can be in the heart of St Tropez within five minutes and enjoy the world-class beach clubs, amazing dining, and nightlife.

The Villa's footprint covers over 350 square meters of contemporary design. Seven bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are distributed across the three-level property.

When you arrive at Villa Marres Beauty, you will find easy parking for up to four vehicles. A large open-plan living room connects with an adjacent dining room. The beautiful living room has deep sofas and decorative elements in neutral and muted shades. Large timber beamed ceilings frame the room, and a wide, retractable glass door links the living room and seated terrace area.

The dining room has French doors on two walls that open onto the outside terraces. The large, fully equipped kitchen has all the modern amenities for self-catering guests, for example, a cooker range with gas burners and an American-style fridge freezer. The kitchen has a large table that will comfortably seat ten. The perfect place for ad hoc, casual breakfasts.

On the first floor is a master suite with a dressing room, balcony, and ensuite bathroom. There are five additional guest suites and ensuite bathrooms at the garden level. These bedrooms are bright and airy, with access to the gardens and terraces. There is an additional bedroom with a shower room in the Villa's basement.

The fabulous, heated pool is an impressive 17m x 4m. Wide steps lead down into the pool, making it easy for guests to enter and leave the water. A dedicated pergola with comfy seating is by the pool, ideal for guests who want to get into the shade but remain close to the poolside fun. Lazy days swimming and sunbathing, watching white-sailed yachts sweep across Pampelonne Bay, are unforgettable. The views across the surrounding vineyards and wide green spaces are restful, too.

On the terrace nearest the Villa is an outdoor dining table with space for everyone to gather daily for memorable lunches and divine dining.

The property is conveniently located about a five-minute drive from Pampelonne Beach, where golden sands and turquoise waters await. The wonderful town, St Tropez, is about five minutes by car from the Villa. This world-famous community is filled with gorgeous restaurants, cafes, and bars. There are fabulous boutiques and designer shopping for those who love choosing some holiday treats!

Check out the large market on Tuesday and Saturday for something more colorful. It's one of the not-to-be-missed events along this coast.
