The Inquiry & Booking Process

At Exceptional Villas, we act as your expert travel advisory. Each of our team has personally been to each of our destinations, and we know our villas and locations intimately. We understand that there needs to be trust between the client and the travel advisor. We will successfully guide you through their entire travel experience by providing accurate and relevant content that meets or exceeds your expectations. We are one of the most trusted villa experts and will ensure we match your client's requirements to the best home that will meet their needs.

Step 1: Contact our team of experts

Step 2: Tell us in as much detail as possible what your client is looking for, and we provide you with a selection of available properties that meet your client's exact needs. The rates will include your commission.

Step 3: We will send you unbranded PDFs which you can share with your clients. The PDF will include a selection of images of each villa as well as descriptions, services and facilities. We would prefer if you would provide us with your client's name and in the event they contact us directly, we will guarantee that this client remains yours throughout the entire booking process.

Step 4: Our team would be more than happy to speak to the guest on your behalf and ensure the property is the best fit for them. After all, we are the experts and can showcase that knowledge to them.

Step 5: If your client is interested in a property, we will place the dates on hold and send you the booking confirmation.

Step 6: Once booked, our concierge would be delighted to get in touch with you or your client directly (if you so wish) to arrange all aspects of the on-site services required.
