Welcome to Zuzanna a luxurious villa located in the breathtaking Jolly Harbour, Antigua. This luxury holiday villa is located in a tranquil location on the North Finger in Jolly Harbour Marina, on the west coast of the island. The villa extends on one floor; the soft white sand and the sea are just there, a few steps from the house. The villa is airy and spacious, decorated with higher standard furnishing, located at the edge of a small beach; while the long and fabulous beach of Jolly Harbour extends in its entire splendor on the other side of the bay.

The villa includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, external dining areas, a large kitchen, outdoor lounge areas, expansive deck area, pool, hot tub, lounge chairs.

BEDROOMS
This holiday villa has four beautiful bedrooms and accommodates up to eight guests. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, and closets.

Bedroom 1 – King size bed, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 – 2 twin size beds, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 –King size bed, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 – Master bedroom - King size bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, A/C, ceiling fan.

LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, LOUNGE AREA
By entering the villa, you will see a beautiful internal garden in the middle of the hallway. The dining room and the sitting room are conveniently placed in the same place. The dining room comfortably sits 8 guests, and the sitting room is furnished with a comfy sofa set, coffee table, and Cable TV. An office desk is also located here, as well as the guest bathroom. Another wonderful sitting area is placed a bit further, just before the big windows that open into the veranda. Also here you will find a comfortable sofa set with a coffee table.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is located on one side of the living room, just before the veranda. The kitchen offers a spacious island in the middle with an electric cooktop and working space. Another island in the corner of the kitchen provides for extra cooking space. The kitchen is equipped with professional appliances such as a spacious fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, and small other appliances such as an American coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, and more. Behind the kitchen, there is the laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer for the use of the guests.

EXTERNAL DINING ROOM, POOL, HOT TUB & LOUNGE AREAS
The outdoor area is simply stunning. It is furnished with an outdoor dining table, sitting area with sofa set with coffee table, BBQ, and hammock-style chairs. Here you also find the pool, the warm Jacuzzi style tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor shower. All set in front of the beach and the Caribbean sea.
