Welcome to Zion Hill, a beautiful 7-bedroom villa located in the Tryall club in Jamaica.

This home will be a wonderful base for you and your guests from which you can explore all that the Tryall Club and the island of Jamaica have to offer. From the beautiful beaches to the fantastic culture, this island boasts something for all family members to enjoy.

From its splendid location 300 ft above sea level, this luxurious 5-bedroom villa offers bewitching, unobstructed views of the ocean, its own private spa and Turkish bath and a cinema.

Zion Hill comprises 14,000 square feet of stylish accommodation amidst six acres of immaculate garden on the summit of Ocean View Close. It is surrounded by scores of fruit trees and over 29 species of palm trees. The accommodation is spread between two distinct buildings one built on two levels and the other on a single level. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, the interiors are complemented with a collection of artworks from the owner’s travels.

There are three bedrooms in the main house including the master bedroom which has a king-sized bed and French doors that open to a private ocean-facing terrace. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and opens to views of the ocean. The third bedroom is designed for children with a queen-size bed as well as bunk beds.

Two bedrooms on the lower floor of the second building have one queen bed and two full-size beds respectively with private balconies that face the forests and sea.

All bedrooms feature luxury private en suites bathrooms with walk-in showers and Jacuzzi tubs.

Cut stone stairs lead down through the manicured lawns to the infinity pool and teak sun deck and a collection of bicycles enable guests to explore the gorgeous gardens and discover the putting green before relaxing in the outdoor sauna and steam room.

Children have their own playground and there is a well-equipped games room and cinema with a 153-inch screen, popcorn machine and comfortable recline and sprawl seating for 16.

Meals can be enjoyed in the elegant dining room or outside in the gazebo which is also a splendid place to sit and watch the sunset over the distant horizon. An experienced team includes a Chef, Butler, Housekeepers, and a team of gardeners.

THE TRYALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
At The Tryall Club, the team is committed to continually improving their services and offerings to ensure that guests have the best possible experience during their stay. The Tryall Club is a private members club, so all guests 13 years of age and older are required to take out a Temporary Membership, which will be charged upon arrival at check-in.

Temporary Membership Dues now start at USD $32 per day, plus a 15% service charge, for guests ages 16 years and older who stay for one to four days. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are now US $160 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

Includes beach, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens & adults, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party. For various fees: golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, boutique, motorized water sports, Reggae Nights & Beach Parties on selected nights.

THE TRYALL CLUB:
The beach is well planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the new Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House. Jog the marked trails. Snorkelling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy the week’s events, including the Monday Night Manager’s Cocktail Party and the Wednesday and Friday night beach parties and buffets.

On the hill, enjoy the historic Great House for daily 4:00 tea and sweets. Shop at the convenient commissary and chic boutique and meet for happy hour and snacks at the casual bar. Also at the Great House is the new Usain Bolt Games Room open all day and night for ping pong, pool, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, chess and checkers, board games, comfy reclining chairs, and HDTV. And don’t miss the massive Tryall pool. The Tryall Club is thoughtfully designed to please toddlers, preteens, tweens, moms, dads, and everyone from teens to octogenarians.
