Fabulous Property
Xanadu is great property located in a fantastic location - you are only a few mins walk from the center of St Jean and I think Xanadu is so reasonable in comparison to other villas in this area. The villa has 4 bedrooms- one at the entrance and the other 3 are located in the main house. This is the perfect villa for families as not many villas on the island have interior bedrooms so it is unique in that way.The space is a little smaller on the terrace than I would like so I do make sure to mention this to couples who are interested in the property but the view is amazing and completely makes up for it.

Welcome to Xanadu St Barts, one of the most luxurious 4 bedroom villas located right on the water on St Jean Bay in St Barths. The incredible location means you are a short 10-minute walk to the beautiful St Jean beach and the exclusive Eden Rock Hotel.
The villa is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. From the terrace, you can see the tiny planes land and take off from the short runway at Gustaf II Airport. The views are simply breath-taking. The villa is divided into three separate pavilions. In the first, you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped and this leads out onto the deck with alfresco dining where you also have the stunning pool with magnificent views.
Xanadu villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 guests. Three of the bedrooms are all located under the same roof in the second pavilion making it the perfect choice for a family. Here you will find the Master suite, a stunning king bedroom located beneath white pitched eaves as well as two queen bedrooms located off the living area. The fourth has is located in a separate garden bungalow. With many loungers and a palapa outside it is easy to find your own secluded space to relax and absorb the fabulous Caribbean surroundings.

Fantastic property with great location
Villa Xanadu was a beautiful villa that had a great location and amazing views. It is a 5-10 minute walk into town and to the beach which was very convenient. The villa is beautifully decorated, and was recently updated with a state of the art open kitchen and living areas. Julie Kirby was extremely helpful for planning charter flights, dinner reservations and car rentals. The personal concierge (Ben!) was fantastic and was so helpful to get us anything we needed during our stay such as tables at restaurants and beach chairs at the local resorts. The Eden Roc priviledges were great too, we could order room service and had daily housekeeping just like we were staying at the resort. We will be back again soon!
