The 3-Bedroom Ocean Front Penthouse has a stunning rooftop terrace perfect for sunbathing under the Caribbean sunshine or enjoying a cocktail with family and friends or why not dine alfresco with a BBQ. The roof terrace features a private six-person Jacuzzi and offers panoramic ocean views. It is accessed via a spiral stairway from the balcony and features a barbeque grill, an outdoor dining table/chairs, and loungers.

Spanning over 4,120 sq ft, the penthouse offers unparalleled luxury and spacious accommodations for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The villa boasts expansive panoramic views of Grace Bay and the Azure Ocean beyond. The views can be enjoyed from two vantages of the luxurious main living area and the master bedroom.

The oversized living room has sliding glass doors that open on two sides to a spacious oceanfront terrace where you can sit and relax with a book in hand while watching the happenings of Grace Bay below. Even the gourmet kitchen, with a floating island cabinet, offers an ocean view. A wet bar features a dual-zone wine cooler and icemaker.

Our luxury Turks and Caicos Vacation home has 3 bedrooms. A grand master suite features a pillow-top king bed as well as an oceanfront terrace for admiring the views. The master suite also has a generous walk-in closet, and an en-suite marble bath with a claw foot tub, “body spray” shower, and double vanity and bidet.

The island view guest bedroom has a separate keyed entry from the suite entrance and features a king, queen, or twin pillow-top bed, an en-suite marble bathroom, as well as a convenient kitchenette.

The second guest bedroom also features island views and is furnished with either a pillow-top queen bed or twin beds and an en-suite marble bathroom with a walk-in shower or tub.

PET POLICY
• Pets are not permitted in the Windsong Resort. Service animals are permitted in the resort guest rooms and restaurants. Satisfactory documentation is required for service animals prior to check-in.

SMOKING POLICY
• The Windsong Resort is 100% non-smoking in accordance with the 2016 Turks & Caicos smoking ordinance. Guests should be advised that a cleaning fee of $250 up to the equivalent of your accommodations one night stay will be charged for smoking in the guest rooms.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
• Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. A maximum of two children 12 or under stay free of charge when sharing a suite with an adult paying the full suite rate and where maximum occupancy allows. Cribs are complimentary.
