The property indulges in a modern, island-style villa that encompasses three separate living areas, and a large terrace overlooking the Sea. The Grand Villa can accommodate up to eight guests and six children comfortably across the multiple living areas and large exterior living space. Bora Villa is based in a private and secure residential development that offers four villas in total. The properties are based beside a secluded beach and enjoy direct access to the sandy shoreline of Long Bay Beach. Considered one of the best beaches on the island, Long Bay indulges in sugar-fine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The waters are well-preserved, and reefs provide an experience like no other when it comes to snorkelling or diving. Dive into the mild waters for a refreshing swim and experience the endless colour pallet of tropical fish that swim beneath the glass-like surface. You can lounge out under the sun or walk along the shoreline, letting the waves roll onto your toes. You can always return to the serenity and seclusion of your private villa within a short three-minute walk.

Bora Villa is designed using a minimalistic and modern approach. The interiors are set whitewashed which bounces light around the room while the large windows flood the space with warmth, allowing the breezes to float through your Villa. The Ground floor encompasses the four bedrooms, enjoying access out onto the terrace and pool. There are three sets of stairs within the villa, two at the back, leading to separate open plan living areas with their own private kitchen space. There is also a main living area above the master suite with overlooks the pool and enjoys panoramic Ocean Views.

Making your way up to the first floor at the front of the villa, you will discover the main living area. The living, dining and kitchen blend into an open plan room that opens out onto the balcony. The room blends out onto the balcony which includes a relaxing hammock and outdoor seating. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the balcony each morning or snooze in the hammock in the late afternoon. Inside, the living area holds two plush sofas, one including a pull-out sofa bed. The living area includes a large plasma TV, speakers, and a DVD player. The villa supplies you with a variety of amenities such as DVDs, magazines, board games, and a book library.

Towards the other side of the room is the main kitchen, fully equipped and ready for you to use. The kitchen is designed with white counters, contrasting against the dark cabinetry. The large breakfast counter seats five guests comfortably. The kitchen leads out onto the covered dining area seating eight guests. This dining area is panelled with large glass windows, offering unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. Dine here surrounded by your loved ones as you enjoy the glistening views that surround your private Villa.

Windchaser Bora Villa provides you and your loved ones with authentic Island style vacations. The terrace indulges in seclusion from the outside world while being based beside the beach. The villa includes a profusion of waters sports amenities such as beach chairs, a sun umbrella and a cooler, perfect for spending a day on the beach. Transporting your chairs or picnic baskets comes easy as Windchaser supplies a Beach Cart for you to use. Transporting all your gear at once over soft sand or tiled path can be done in one trip. The items are in the outdoor storage cabinets. The villa also offers you the exclusive use (within proximity of the villas) of the four standup paddleboards available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Walking out onto the terrace, your eyes will instantly fall on the still surface of the private swimming pool. Swim in the silk-like waters as you wake up to this tropical surrounding. This large inground pool is 12' Wide and 22' Long, perfect for swimming a few laps before breakfast. As the day rolls on, lounge out on the sunbeds and soak up the warm sun-kissed rays. If you get too warm, retreat to the shaded balcony and read your favourite book as the afternoon unwinds. When the sunsets and the skylines with shimmering stars, spark up the barbeque for some smoky treats and dine alfresco or dine in the covered balcony on the first floor. There are extra propane tanks in the pool shed just in case you decide to enjoy more than one barbeque!

The villa offers a total of four luxurious bedrooms, each offering its own private en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are all fitted with a hairdryer, towels, Shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The bedrooms indulge in fresh linens and views of the ocean or gardens surrounding the property. All four bedrooms offer you closet space, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, DVD players, a TV, cell phones and a safe box. The master suite enjoys access out onto the pool terrace and features a luxurious king-sized bed. The guest suite includes twin beds; however, this can be converted into a king-sized bed on request. There are two Queen-sized studio bedrooms on the ground floor also. These bedrooms include access up onto the separate living area via two sets of stairs.
