The main house includes three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two of these bedrooms open onto the main sea-facing terrace.

An impressive self-contained cottage is the fourth bedroom, perfect for those desiring more privacy. The cottage includes a living area, a full kitchen, and an ensuite bedroom.

The main living room, equipped with a large TV, cable, and surround sound system, reflects the meticulous attention to detail found throughout this architecturally designed home. It ensures the ultimate in beachfront living for discerning guests.
