Welcome to The Whymper Residence, a luxurious 4 bedroom apartment ideally situated in the centre of Zermatt. This beautiful 3rd floor property has idyllic views of The Matterhorn.

The ensuite master bedroom has a double bed and bay windows. There are three twin bedrooms, one with ensuite and two with spacious balconies. All twin bedrooms can be made into king beds if desired. The apartment features 5 bathrooms.

The south-facing open-plan living area is comprised of a sitting room with fireplace, a dining area off of an open plan designer kitchen, and a TV room which can be closed off for privacy. The design and furnishings are bright and chic. Spacious balconies and fabulous views are visible throughout.

The Whymper Residence is located just a few minutes walk from the main shopping area of Zermatt and the Gornergrat mountain railway. Literally, on your doorstep, you have the Ice Skating Rink during the winter months and tennis courts in the summer. Bedrooms
The property has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, desk, bay windows and an en suite bathroom with tub and two sinks. There are two twin bedrooms with spacious balconies and a bathroom nearby with tub and two sinks. The fourth bedroom has twin beds also, but all twin bedrooms can be made into King beds if required. The en suite of the fourth bedroom has a shower and two sinks.

Dining
The Whymper Residence features an open-plan designer kitchen with every cooking accessory you are likely to need. You can choose to casually eat at the breakfast bar or sit at the dining table. Likewise, you may prefer to eat out and Zermatt has a great choice of wonderful restaurants.

Winter Sports
The Whymper Residence is perfectly located for access to the world-class ski slopes of Zermatt, just 2 minutes from the Gornergrat mountain railway. Guests at The Whymper Residence can also indulge in a whole host of winter sports including cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing and snowboarding.
