White House Villa

Welcome to White House Villa, a unique 3 bedroom property located at the highest spot of Oia village in Perivolos area in Santorini. Set in a wonderfully elevated position the villa offers fantastic views over the cliff, the village, the beautiful sunset and the volcano.

The location of the villa is very convenient as it is just half a kilometre from Oia center. Outside the villa for your convenience, there is a parking area, bus stop, markets and restaurants.

The "White House” is aptly named because of the wonderfully cooling white décor that combines traditional architecture with minimal and contemporary design.

White House Villa consists of three levels (main, upper and lower), which can be combined into one villa for a big family or group of friends, or two separated houses, the White Residence and the White Loft. There is an outdoor infinity Jacuzzi plunge pool for 6 persons available under a shaded veranda in the main court yard with fabulous views to the caldera, the sea and the pretty little village of Oia.

MAIN HOUSE- WHITE RESIDENCE

The "White Residence" main cave House consists of two levels:

On the upper level is a large traditional cave house with antique furnishings. It features a luxurious master bedroom with double bed , en suite vanity marble bathroom carved into the rock with Jacuzzi tub, a living room with built sofas and an antique wooden table, a separate dining area with an antique massive wooden table and sitting corner and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. From the living area a few stairs take you up to a small sitting area with a sofa bed and window with incredible sea views.

On the lower level of the White Residence, a very particular apartment gives a great example how people in Santorini converted any available space and lived (and still do) in this amazing and unique cliff island.

This lower level features a small living area, a kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker and all kitchenware, a small WC with shower and a double bed moulded into the window of the cave. The cave atmosphere of this lower level gives a special and romantic atmosphere. It is connected with interior stairs with the rest of the house or through a separate main entrance.

The White Residence is perfect for a romantic get-away, a holiday with 2 couples or a small group of friends. Using the sofa beds it can accommodate parties of up to 6 persons.

The facilities of the White Residence include A/C, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, hairdryer, telephone, Wi – Fi and safety boxes. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and all kitchenware.

UPPER LEVEL APARTMENT - WHITE LOFT

The White Loft" – is a separate apartment that can be rented separately or connected to the rest of the “White House” villa. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC with shower and a wooden loft bedroom which really gives the idea of flying over the wonderful village of Oia.
The loft has windows in the front and in the ceiling where you can see the stars and the moon from your bed using the ceiling windows or watch the sea and the village from the front windows. Situated on the highest altitude point of the village it can offer unforgettable views and unique memories. There is also a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the volcano.

The upper level Apartment, White Loft, can accommodate 2 persons in the double bed on the loft and possibly one extra adult or 2 kids on the living area.

The facilities of the White Loft include, Air Condition, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi sets, hairdryer, Wi- Fi, safety box. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooking stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and all kitchenware
