Where Else is a two story villa compromising of 346 square meters of covered space along with an external pool and deck.

Where Else is decorated with contemporary furnishings and features a spacious living area with large stackable glass sliding doors leading to the veranda. The kitchen is very well appointed and comes with stainless steel SMEG appliances and also features a breakfast bar. You will experience elegant yet comfortable indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, covered terraces and a swimming pool.

External finishes are a blend of stone, adobe painted cement walls and hardwood windows and doors. Roofs are wallaba shingles which blends naturally into the environment, offering the perfect essence of tropical living.

This “Cotton House” style villa has two air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, large closets and private verandas with spectacular views.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome year-round. All children of 17 years old or younger can stay free in parent’s room up to the permissible maximum occupancy per accommodation. Additional person charge will apply to adults of 18 years old and older. Cribs are available on request. The Sugar Palm Kids club is available and is complimentary for children ages 4 to 14 including all activities, afternoon kids snacks and soft drinks. Beach bags for children 4 and up with toy selection. It opens from 9 am to 5 pm daily and closes for lunch from 12 pm to 1pm. Baby sitting services are available upon request and a charge of US$ 15 per hour applies.

Additional person charges
Rates are based on single or double occupancy per bedroom. Additional person charge inclusive of A la Carte Breakfast is US$ 99.00 rack per person per night. Additional person charges apply when occupancy of the accommodation exceeds what the existing bedding allows (2 per king bed, 1 per double or twin bed).
Additional charges

Mini bar food items, alcoholic beverages, golf green fees, golf lessons, spa treatments, boat charter, and day trips to neighboring islands, tennis lessons, laundry/valet service, telephone calls, and private child care services are not included and must be purchased separately.

ADDITIONAL VILLA NOTES

• For stays between December 17, 2013 and January 6, 2014 (approx dates) there is a minimum 10 night stay. There is a 7 Night requirement for arrivals before the 22nd of December or arrivals after 27th of December 2013. For all other dates, there is a 5 night minimum stay required.
