Perfectly located on the cusp of the Caribbean Sea is the newly renovated West shore villa.

Peace and tranquillity come to the forefront here as you are surrounded by tropical mature plantations and have the soothing sounds of the ocean to help you relax. This 4 bedroom villa sits quietly on the beach in Weston and is a short drive from the lively Holetown where all the best shopping, restaurants and cafes are located.

The entrance is down a narrow laneway that opens out to the car parking area. The house is on 2 levels, on the ground floor you have the open plan living, dining and kitchen which opens out onto a covered deck. There is also a sparkling private plunge pool for your enjoyment and also access to the powered white sands. Private sun loungers and umbrellas will greet you and your head onto the beach. Also on the ground floor level are two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Upstairs you find a second living room that has a traditional Caribbean look to it helped greatly by the locally sourced timber flooring and ceiling beams. Soft cushioned rattan furniture gives it a relaxing feel and there is a large wet bar with a full-size fridge, microwave and coffee maker for your enjoyment.

It has more or less the same design as downstairs with this living area opening out onto the terrace with the most spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. You will spend many an evening sipping cold beverages chatting to family and friends with the spectacular sun setting in the background.

There are two further bedrooms on this level and both are with ensuite bathrooms. All four bedrooms are furnished similarly. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds and one has twin beds which can be made into a king. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, hairdryers and safes.

Just a note - On certain dates, Westshore can be rented as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom apartment.
