This home allows you to enjoy family time in your private paradise. Enjoying unobstructed panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and to-die-for sunsets, this villa offers the epitome of island chic décor, complete with a cool color palette and open floor plan, ceiling-to-floor doors that open onto the outdoor dining area, and infinity pool deck.

Each bedroom in White Cottage is beautifully designed and decorated. It is completed with wonderful furnishings and comfortable beds. Waking up in this paradise is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and is something you will never forget.

Guest Bedroom 3 features twin beds (adjoined upon request) and a shower ensuite. This room is ideal for friends or siblings in the family. Guest Bedroom 2 is well presented with queen size bed and shower ensuite, like Guest Bedroom 3.

The Master Bedroom in the villa is complete with a king-size bed, tub, and shower ensuite with double vanity and spacious floor-to-ceiling closets. This room provides direct walk-out access to the pool deck and garden. Step outside in the morning and enjoy the rising sun.

Take advantage of the early morning peace that this location provides and have a morning coffee, read a book, or take a refreshing dip in your private pool. This is the perfect beginning to a day in paradise.

The fourth bedroom in the villa is ideal for those wanting a little more privacy or for active teenagers with busy nightlife. Guest Bedroom 4 has a private and separate entrance to that of the main house. This is accessible via external stairs leading to a lower level. Bedroom 4 is also complete with a private bathroom and shower.

Westmoreland Hills 22 is located in the Westmoreland area in St. James, Barbados. St. James is one of Barbados’ eleven parishes. Located on the west of the island, this area has the privilege of enjoying the island's finest beaches and most luxurious homes. Spend your days walking the ‘Platinum Coast’ and soaking up the warm Caribbean sun, beautifully complemented by the fresh sea breeze.

Located in the center of the parish of St James in Barbados, Holetown was the very first town ever built in Barbados, dating to 1625. Enjoy the magnificent shopping and dining options that Holetown offers, including the Limegrove Shopping Center. This center features an abundance of the world’s best designers and brands.

From crystal clear waters and beaches to stunning architecture and culture, there is just so much to do and see in Barbados. If you enjoy water-based activities, you will be excited by the variety on offer. Those who prefer to stay on dry land will also find no shortage of things to do. Royal Westmoreland resort will be introducing a daily resort fee applicable to all villa renters from 1st May 2020 which has been set at US$10.00 per person per day.

Guests will have access to the resort and the beach facility such as the gym, communal swimming pool, restaurants etc. This is payable at the resort registration desk on collection of your Resort Card. Please note that this fee applies to all rental bookings already made after 1st May 2020.
