The welcoming reception area in the entrance hall leads into a great room encompassing a living area and fabulous gourmet eat-in kitchen. A nearby family room with TV features a cozy fireplace surrounded by plenty of plush seating offering beautiful woodland views through the large windows, with an office area tucked away in a discrete corner.

The elegant and formal dining room with seating for 10 around a wooden dining table is adorned by a beautiful chandelier and your guests can enjoy views of the woods through the large windows as they dine.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a dream workplace for any aspiring cook. This culinary haven features striking white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space and a center island with seating for 4. Further seating for up to 6 is available at the informal dining table situated next to the large window alcove complete with window seat. Cooking and dining Al Fresco is a truly delightful experience at West Hills Mansion. The oversized pool patio area features a large wooden dining table and the nearby gazebo houses a fully equipped BBQ Grill & Station.

Four of the five spacious bedrooms at West Hills Mansion are located upstairs and each provides elegant décor and furnishings for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The fifth bedroom is situated on the first floor. The master en suite bedroom features high ceilings, a sitting area, TV, large walk-in closet and French doors which lead onto a private balcony. Two of the remaining four bedrooms are furnished with king beds, the third has a queen bed and the fourth has a double bed. All have en suite bathrooms

Entertaining your guests will be a doddle at West Hills Mansion. With plenty of comfortable spaces for quiet relaxation time, there is also plenty of opportunity for those who prefer to be active. In the basement of the house, there is a huge Games Room complete with Pool Table, Gaming Table, TV Corner furnished with oversized comfy seating and Foosball. The basement also features a private Sauna and additional bedding for two, in two twin beds.

A stunning swimming pool occupies the back garden of the house, surrounded by a huge patio area, furnished with sun loungers & umbrellas, dining table and full BBQ grilling station, an additional seating area and even a fireplace located in a sun room which can open out onto the outdoor patio. There is more than enough space for all your guests to enjoy fun times outdoors without ever feeling crowded.

West Hills Mansions is just 7 miles drive from the village of Southampton and approximately 4 miles from the nearest beach. All the great attractions of The Hamptons are within easy driving distances of West Hills Mansion, if you can allow yourself to be dragged away from the comforts of this incredible home.
