Welcome to Waterside 303, a luxury 2 bedroom apartment located on Paynes Bay beach on the West Coast of Barbados. The property has an Ideal beachfront location with walking distance to restaurants.

Waterside development offers guests an idyllic setting and a wonderful location being so close to Paynes Bay Beach where you find a pristine white sandy beach and a selection of water sports. You are also within walking distance of the popular 'QP Bistro' restaurant which is just a short walk away. The Sandy Lane Hotel is a comfortable stroll up the beach.

The Waterside development is set back from the main road, ensuring peace and privacy while on vacation. Guests have access to the communal pool with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Waterside 303 is situated on the second floor and is a spacious two bedroom apartment perfect for two couples or a small family. The apartment is brightly and elegantly furnished and comes with two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower while the second bedroom features twin beds that can be converted to a king. This en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area face the Caribbean sea offering wonderful views. The dining terrace is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The apartment provides guest with lovely sea views and includes all necessary amenities for a wonderful holiday such as high speed WIFI, cable TV, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and more.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and features a nice island breakfast bar with black granite worktops. The kitchen features all modern appliances and is perfect for cooking a local Bajan meal. Guest can walk to the nearby fish market where you will find one the best and locally caught fresh fish.
