Grace Bay Beach is one of the most sought-after beach destinations on the island. It is known for its long stretch of sugar-fine white sands over three miles in length. The waters are crystal clear and are vibrant with endless shades of turquoise. Water Edge Villa is part of a trio of beautiful beachfront Villas at Grace Bay Beach. The villa embraces a modern and elegant interior that spans across two levels of living space, including multiple terraces, and views over the nearby Turtle Cover Marina and Grace Bay. The main living areas are open plan and blend seamlessly out onto the terrace, with views of the pool and beach ahead. The living, dining, and kitchen area are flooded with light and warmth, allowing the trade winds to float through the space. The main living areas and bedrooms offer a variety of ceiling fans and/or air-conditioning to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. There are two separate air conditioning systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.

The living area features plush sofas that sit opposite a 40” Google TV including internet connection. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use for the duration of your stay. The dining area seats four guests comfortably on the covered terrace. You can also enjoy a sizzling barbeque and cook up some freshly caught fish, as the terrace includes a barbeque grill area.

*Note: Villa Water Edge is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as one of the best snorkeling in the country. Water Edge Villa is located along the northern coast of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. It is specifically based on the white shoreline of Grace Bay Beach. This section of Grace Bay Beach features the best snorkeling on the island, as it is based directly in front of Smiths Reef, a coral reef that holds a plethora of tropical fish. Dive in to experience an endless color pallet of tropical fish as it is made up of several distinct and unique reef systems and coral heads.

Providenciales offers a wide variety of choice to suit your individual needs and amenities you may request. The unique character of this location offers a great climate due to warm trade winds.
