Stepping inside, guests are greeted by a wonderful open plan living and dining space. The property is on the second storey and spans almost 2,500 sq. ft. A tiled floor, high vaulted ceilings, and natural materials employed offer the perfect base for the colourful and island-themed artwork that brighten up this space beautifully. The kitchen is fully equipped and mahogany cabinets and breakfast bar set the scene for some cooking inspiration. A dining table for six guests features and sits between the kitchen and lounge area. For evenings when you do not feel like cooking, our Concierge Team will be happy to assist in organising a Personal Chef to come to the condo to prepare and serve some delicious and hearty meals for you and your guests.

For guests who may need to catch up on some work during their stay, there is a new fax machine, printer, scanner, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The private lanai is an extension of the main living area and offers guests a cozy space to soak up the warm Hawaiian sunshine. Made for dining alfresco, the balcony features a built-in barbeque and rotisserie, outdoor table and chairs and a comfortable seating area. This space offers views to the azure Pacific Ocean and the golf course.

Three bedrooms make up the accommodation at Wai’ula’ula B201 and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The property is ideal for a family or group of friends. There are two master suites, both of which feature coffered ceilings and walk in closets. The master baths boast soaking tubs and spacious walk-in stone and glass showers. The third bedrooms has twin beds. For your comfort, each bedroom has new hypo-allergenic pillows.

The Hale ‘Ikena Amenity Centre is exclusive to Wai’ula’ula homeowners and guests, and is the epitome of a fitness, swimming and activity centre. Surrounded by a dramatic infinity edge pool which reaches towards the Pacific, there are shallow water sunning areas as well as oversize lounges for relaxing while enjoying the view of the horizon. This is the idyllic spot for a heart-pumping workout, a lazy day at the pool, or even a dinner party using the poolside kitchen or barbeque.
