The fully equipped gleaming gourmet kitchen features all modern amenities and is ideal for the cooking enthusiasts of the group. A double oven, wine refrigerator, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances will set you up for cooking with friends. A breakfast bar with comfortable stools offers a great spot for a morning of making plans for the day’s adventures ahead! If you do not feel like cooking or are celebrating a special occasion, our Concierge Team will be happy to assist in organising a Private Chef to come to the villa to prepare and cook some beautiful local dishes for you. The kitchen also shares the space with the main living and dining area of the property and this open plan layout ensures a laid-back and inviting atmosphere. Tropical inspired artwork, natural materials in the furniture and stone floors beautifully complement the outdoor space. The living area features a comfortable corner sofa and television ideal for watching a film after a day of activities.

Laundry facilities include a washing machine and clothes dryer.

This property was built with indoor-outdoor living as the most important aspect of the home. Sliding glass pocket doors open to the private lanai and the magnificent views outside. Guests can enjoy unobstructed ocean, golf and mountain views.

Waiulaula 328 features three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and the third features two queen beds. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and there is lots of natural light brightening them via windows that also offer views to the garden.

The barbeque outside allows for quintessential alfresco dining at the dining table for 8 guests. There is also a cozy rattan furniture set for relaxing by the pool. Brightly-coloured cushions add some fun to this space. The pool is set into the lawn and a hot tub and outdoor shower also feature. There is a two-car garage and some water-sports equipment is kept here to inspire some adventures with your guests!

The Hale ‘Ikena Amenity Centre is exclusive to Wai’ula’ula homeowners and guests, and is the epitome of a fitness, swimming and activity centre. Surrounded by a dramatic infinity edge pool which reaches towards the Pacific, there are shallow water sunning areas as well as oversize lounges for relaxing while enjoying the view of the horizon. This is the idyllic spot for a heart-pumping workout, a lazy day at the pool, or even a dinner party using the poolside kitchen or barbeque.
