Welcome to Vistamar 30, a beautiful 6-bedroom home located in Casa de Campo Resort in the Dominican Republic. The glorious Caribbean landscape sets the scene for this two-storey villa where the living spaces are overlooking the immense terrace and swimming pool and further to the nearby golf course.
Vistamar 30 is ideal for a tranquil tropical getaway and has a characteristically Caribbean feel.
A great living area includes seating arrangements in white, marine blue and soft grey accents and a separate formal dining room accommodates an impressive custom-built dining area for up to 12 guests. Glass doors along the front wall reveal the shaded patio and swimming pool, combining indoor comfort and welcoming tropical scenery.
Villa Vistamar 30 also features a deluxe fully-equipped general electrical monogram kitchen with stainless stell appliances and rich granite counters. A guest half bathroom is conveniently located close by.
Each of the considerable-sized and comfortable bedrooms feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans and plasma televisions. Each of the en-suite bathrooms boast marble interiors and step-in showers.

About Casa de Campo
Casa de Campo is a gated resort located in the Dominican Republic. It is a wonderful resort for families. Playa Minitas is home to the newly designed Minitas Beach Club, boasting a 23-meter infinity pool, an on-site restaurant specializing in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, an ocean view bar, and a spacious, chic outdoor lounge deck with live music and DJ entertainment. Water sports are offered on site, including snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboats. Other amenities at Casa de Campo include tennis, horse-riding, golf, skeet shooting, polo, shopping etc there are lots of restaurants to choose from too.
Casa de Campo Access Fee
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including: access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of fitness centre at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sport facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Renovation and improvements will be undertaken in the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog", which are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November 2025. The golf course will be closed during this period. Conditioning work will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning to late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery circulation and work being developed simultaneously in various areas, especially near the properties located in the vicinity of the course. These improvements are designed to benefit the entire community, and the resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise as operations allow. The affected areas will be Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some, not all), and Golf Villas Phase 1.
