Welcome to Villas on the Beach #303, a luxury one bedroom beach front apartment located in Holetown, Barbados. Situated on the second floor, this apartment offers guest’s magnificent sea views as well as use of two communal pools and private beach access.

Villa on the beach complex is comprised of a selection of stunning beach front apartment units in one of the best locations in Barbados. They are located right on the beach in Holetown on the Platinium Coast. These luxury Barbados apartments come with two communal swimming pools, private beach access, access to private members Gym as well as onsite security and onsite manager.

While staying at here you will enjoy its beachfront setting. The villas are right on a pristine white sandy beach and offer direct beach access from the pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for all guests as well. There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience.

This complex is right in the heart of Holetown offering guest the most convenient location. There is a wonderful choice of shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants located just a short walk from your villa. “Flint” is a lovely place to get homemade baking and pastries in the morning and you also have some lovely Bajan style restaurants nearby. One of our favourite casual restaurants is The Beach House which is a short stroll from your residence. Here you have excellent cuisine, waterfront seating, cool Caribbean breezes and great company.

There are also a selection of fine dining restaurants in Holetown including the renowned Tides Restaurant which is located right next door. Opposite villas on the beach you will find the chattel shops, as well as a bar and a large grocery store plus a 24-hour medical centre. The famous Lime Grove designer shopping centre is also a short walk away.

For those looking for a more energetic holiday to Barbados, there is also a fitness room onsite with a running machine, treadmill, rowing machine, kettle bells etc. In the lobby there is also a selection of books available for reading and swapping.

The living area is open plan and is very elegant yet cosy. Glass doors open out onto a nice size terrace to give the apartment that indoor/outdoor feeling. The terrace is where you will spend most of your villa time and it offers you wonderful views of the pool area, coastline and Caribbean Sea beyond. It’s also perfect for relaxing in the shade while reading a book or sipping a cool beverage. There is a fully equipped kitchen with lovely granite island unit. There is also laundry area with washer/dryer.

Villa #303 comes with a fully air conditioned bedroom that is en-suite and it offers guests amazing views to wake up to each morning. It comes with a king size bed and its en-suite marble bathroom feature double vanity sinks with a shower.

Just so you can feel totally pampered, you will have your own housekeeper who will be on hand 6 days per week to look after you.
