This beautiful residence has a perfect central location, just steps away from the Express Chairlift allowing for a swift transfer to the ski slopes and a short distance from the village plaza. Villa Hall Condo #12 offers ski-in/ski-out access or guests can use the Hyatt Ski valet.

The kitchen, dining and living areas of the house are open-plan and gracefully flow into each other, featuring vaulted ceilings, which add a sense of spaciousness. The décor of the property is contemporary throughout whilst also featuring quirky pieces of furniture and artefacts which all enhance the uniqueness of this wonderful home. Plush comfy sofas adorn the living area in front of the welcoming wood fireplace providing a perfect place to gather in the evenings for relaxation after a day out on the mountain. Or, you might prefer to meet new friends by the outdoor fire pit. This recently remodeled home features modern amenities throughout, and the upgraded kitchen area has beautiful granite counters, modern appliances, wooden cabinets and hardwood floors. The house also features high speed WiFi, a flatscreen TV, DVD/VCR & Stereo/CD Player and iPod docking station.

The Master bedroom is located on the entry level of the house while the second bedroom is on the upper level. An additional new Den is furnished with a twin bunk bed.

If the purpose of your stay at Village Hall Condo #12 is for winter sports and skiing, ski-in/ski-out access is possible via walk to the slopes or guests can use the Hyatt Ski Valet.

If you stay at Beaver Creek during winter season, you have a host of activities beyond the ski slopes. Snowmobiling tours, dog sledding, ice-skating, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and tubing are also available at this winter wonderland. Beginner’s courses are available for any of the above-mentioned activities. During ski season, the Beaver Creek night skies light up every Thursday with spectacular firework displays.

Summer in the Beaver Creek mountains is just as inviting as winter with lots of great outdoor activities such as whitewater rafting, ATV rides through the forest, hiking, horse riding and fly fishing.

DINING
For those who prefer to eat at home, Village Hall Condo #12 is features great kitchen and dining facilities which any cook will enjoy. If you prefer to hang up your apron while on holiday, when you book your stay with Exceptional Villas, your personal concierge will be happy to arrange a private chef for you. Your chef can be arranged full time for the duration of your stay, or can come to the villa to cook a dinner or two, your choice. There are also many fabulous world-class restaurants in Beaver Creek itself and in the surrounding towns of The Vail Valley. Reservations are recommended and your personal concierge will be happy to arrange this for you, prior to your arrival.
