GOOD TO KNOW:
• No smoking inside the property
• Check-in at 3pm, check-out at 12noon
• Strictly quiet hours in the TanKah Bay community area after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
• The villa is located in TanKah Bay, and even though there is a security checkpoint, it is NOT a gated community. Security guards may be arranged at an additional cost should the guest require it.
• August 2024: There is construction happening next door to the villa at this time with no definite date yet for when it will be over. Please inquire.
