Welcome to Villa Yum Kaax. A breathtaking, palace located in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by luscious greenery. This eight-bedroom Villa is complete with a patio jacuzzi and a rooftop pool, making this a beautiful private home away from home for a luxurious getaway for you and your loved ones.

This Villa is accurately named after the Mayan god of the forest and its architecture and décor were both designed in a way to connect with its local environment. A combination of round Moroccan arches, earthy hues and large open spaces allow the property to elegantly bend both indoors and outdoors and connect you to the local area, as well as having a regal undertone.

Villa Yum Kaax is home to eight bedrooms for guests to unwind and enjoy a well-deserved nights’ rest. Each of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. There are also baths in six of the bedrooms which are the ultimate way to relax just before heading off to sleep.

This villa is full of areas for socializing, giving guests many options for where to enjoy their free time. A large dining table designed for eight is on the ground floor with the atrium on one side and the aesthetic gardens on another. The deep wooden table is under an ornate lighting arrangement and situated on beautiful navy blue, patterned tiles. Then only a few metres away in the centre of the atrium is the villas private, patio jacuzzi that sinks into the floor. The stunning gardens are filled with the plants from the surrounding areas and have chairs for guests to come out to soak in the sun in a new environment.

If you move up to the rooftop terrace you can find the main swimming pool, sun loungers. This terrace opens up in the centre and is shaped like a squared "O" and allows guests to see into the atrium below. One side of it is the long pool, then on the far side, you can find some loungers with sun umbrellas so you can relax in the sun or the shade. Also on the rooftop are two shaded areas with comfy seating arrangements and some stools where you can have a quick après swim snack. It really is an ideal spot for you to spend some time at any hour of the day overlooking the endless jungle canopy and chatting with your friends or family.

Villa Yum Kaax is the place to be and has a prime location in one of the newest residential areas in Tulum, this is one of the best destinations. It is a nicely quiet neighbourhood only a short five-minute journey from the city centre for a shopping trip or a visit to learn about a different culture and all the history. This villa is also located only fifteen minutes away from a gorgeous beach where guests can swim in the sea and sunbathe on the sand.
