Welcome to Villa Wellness, a luxury 5-bedroom villa located in Terres Basses, St Martin.
This superb villa is located within walking distance of Baie Longue in the Terres Basses area. This allows you to wake up in the morning and take a relaxing stroll along the perfect sands. If you wish, you can be a bit more adventurous and take a dip in the cool waters of the Caribbean. This will be the perfect beginning to your day in paradise.
This home boasts five beautiful bedrooms, each of which has been perfectly designed to the highest standard of comfort and luxury. This home can accommodate up to ten guests making it an ideal vacation home for a family or large group of friends. Make memories with your loved ones to last a lifetime at Villa Wellness.
Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom allowing personal space and privacy for each guest. The property also features an outdoor shower, air-conditioning, a smart TV, and queen-sized beds. There is also a safe in each closet on the property. Linvosges, a high-quality linen from France, provide bed linen on each bed.
There is a spacious air-conditioned lounge area in the property with a smart TV and SONOS audio system. There is also a very well-equipped kitchen with a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso machine. The property features a wonderful, air-conditioned gym. Here you can stay active if you so wish while on vacation. For a different experience, you can head out to one of the wonderful hiking spots on the island. Take in the views while getting your steps in.
There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guests’ convenience.
In the outside area, there is a large and partially covered terrace where you can admire the endless sea views and spend time on the salted infinity pool or grill. Offering an abundance of space, this area is a great place for all guests to gather and spend time with one another. Or if you wish to enjoy some time in solitude, you can take up residence on one of the many sun loungers and read a good book or take a nap.
Besides all, next to the lagoon is a deck over the water where you can appreciate the magic of the place. Each morning you can head down to the deck and do a yoga session or enjoy the morning sun on your face. This home will provide a perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation. The Caribbean Island of St Martin is divided into the French and Dutch sides. Its natural features include large lagoons, white/golden sand beaches, and salt pans. The island has a vibrant tourist-friendly ambiance and nightlife. It offers its guests a profusion of shopping opportunities and famous duty-free shops. The island is dotted with high-end luxury resorts and the most exceptional villas. Villa Prestige is based along the Dutch side, Sint Maarten, near the vibrant capital of Phillipsburg and Simpson Bay. The city features beautiful cobblestone streets and colorful, colonial-style buildings lining its main shopping areas. The port is a popular cruise ship stop.
Villa Wellness is located on the French side. It is specifically based in a gated community called Les Terres Basses, which has full-time security and a gated entrance. The villas here are very ultra-luxurious, and three beaches are all a short drive from the villas – Baie Rouge, Baie Longue, and Plum Bay (which has the best sunsets). It has guards at the community gates to get in and out. At night the security guards also drive around the community to ensure that everything is peaceful.
The beaches are all a short 5-10-minute drive from the villa. There are no restaurants or shops within Les Terres Basses. The closest would be in Puerto Cupecoy Marina, where you will find a marina with watersport activities, restaurants, cafes, ice cream, shops, and a supermarket for groceries. This is less than a ten-minute drive. The area of Maho is also close by – a fifteen-minute drive will lead you to this vibrant and busy area.
