Enter your unique temporary home and be immediately greeted by an incredible 18th century home that has been recently renovated to make for an ideal escape in the magnificent Italian countryside. The ground floor of this villa is like many great staterooms typical of the 18th century homes in Italy. The front door of this exceptional villa leads into an expensive entrance room. On the right side of the entrance room and is a large bright great hall.

The Master Bedroom features great vaults and also leads to a spacious and luxurious master bedroom. The room boasts a wonderful French fireplace which is the obvious focal point of the room as it is made from beautiful green marble. The room is also furnished with the original antique furniture of the property adding to the character and class of the room. This is the only room on the ground floor. The remaining six bedrooms are all located on the first floor of the property.

On the left side of the entrance, enter a beautiful and elegant dining room boasting spectacular natural light which streams through the three large windows in the room. This room overlooks the beautiful expansive gardens. This villa includes a large kitchen which is fully equipped with a separate entrance on the back of the villa. Here you can enjoy preparing food for your guests or even try out some cooking classes that can be organized for you.

The remaining six bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa. Each bedroom is fully airconditioned and includes large comfortable beds perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. Three of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms adding to the privacy and peace of each guests stay. On the left side of the large hallway upstairs leads to three other bedrooms. Two of these have a shared bathroom and another has an en-suite. All the sleeping area is fully equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has been furnished with attention to details and colours retaining a charming atmosphere. There is also a balcony on the first floor which offers a beautiful and exclusive view of Monteriggioni.

The outdoor area of the villa is something that deserves a special mention. In a secluded area to the back of the villa, nestled among cypress and olive trees, is the swimming pool surrounded by a large green lawn. The pool is lined with sun loungers and beach chairs. Enjoy beautiful afternoons under the warm sun. Spend quality time with family and friends. The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced park making it safer for children and even pets that you wish to bring on vacation.
