This one-of-a-kind vacation villa is a perfect balance of modern amenities and traditional decor. Ventura embraces Mexico with classic Mexican architecture which can be seen throughout the property in the form of a twenty-two-foot vaulted ceiling and wooden rafters. As well as hand-painted ceramic tiles and terracotta floors that help give this Villa its unique and welcoming personality.
Ventura is home to six spacious bedrooms, each decorated with beautiful pieces of local artwork. All these luxurious rooms are air-conditioned and have colorful, tiled bathrooms, some of which have intricate stained glass windows and large bathtubs perfect for a relaxing evening soak after an exciting day on the golden beaches. Many suites have floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead to a shared veranda or directly to the pool terrace.
The Villa’s indoor living space is made up of 5,000 square feet, giving guests lots of space to relax on their vacation, whether individually or in a group. The kitchen is outfitted with the best appliances and decorated with hand-painted tiles. The kitchen island is a great place to enjoy a quick snack and is where you will find your very own dedicated chef making preparations for a delicious meal. Continuing through Ventura, the dark wood dining table is surrounded by twelve intricately carved dining chairs. Here is where many meals are enjoyed as you catch up with your loved ones about your everyday lives. Nearby is the main indoor living area, where you will find an array of seating options, including two sapphire blue sofas surrounding a dark wood coffee table. The perfect spot to unwind with a group game night and keep cozy with the large stone fireplace.
The outdoor living areas of the Villa are truly the highlight of Ventura. The 2,000 square feet of terrace give guests plenty of space to explore and relax, all with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean. Even the pool overlooks the shimmering bay; cool down with a refreshing dip or enjoy a midday siesta on the adjacent sun loungers. You will also find a palapa-covered bar and a glass dining table on the pool terrace. The veranda that connects to the indoor dining area is complete with a round dining table and additional seating, all in the shade so you can enjoy the outdoors no matter what the weather.
The location of Villa Ventura is incredible, with everything right on your doorstep. This oceanfront property is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach, with a special stairway shared between four vacation villas. Ventura is situated a short few minutes’ drive from Puerto Vallarta, a town with something for everyone, from world-class restaurants and boutiques to the historic zone and the famous romantic zone, of course, you can’t forget Los Muertos beach. Puerto Vallarta is also one of the safest places in Mexico.

Amazing vacation!
Possibly the nicest place I have ever stayed in! Couldn't be better for a beach holiday - right by the beach. Fabulous sunsets and we all really enjoyed swimming in the sea and the pool every day. The villa has every luxury and from start to finish the team at Exceptional Villas helped make this a vacation we will always remember! I would definitely recommend a stay here!
