Las Catalinas is a new beach town located on the Guanacaste Coast of Costa Rica. Its purpose is to create a way of life that is healthy, sustainable, fulfilling, and fun. It is a place where it is easy to connect with other people, and with nature itself. We think it is one of the most important and beautiful new towns in the world. All elements are arranged to create a series of wonderful, walkable public spaces interwoven with nature.

Architecture is adapted for outdoor living. Motorized vehicles are refreshingly absent. A constant ebb and flow of fellow residents and visitors enrich the scene. Every street leads to scenic overlooks. Every home frames incredible views. On one side, the town is embraced by over 1,000 acres of spectacular tropical dry forest hills and valleys with extensive hiking, biking, and horseback trails. On the other side is the Pacific Ocean where we have two of the finest beaches in all of Costa Rica with great swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, boogie boarding, and snorkeling.

Casa Teja is a Four-bedroom beachfront house that accommodates up 6 guests + 2 in a day bed and a trundle in the den, and is decorated with colorful Cuban tile and hand-crafted woodwork, evoking an elegantly natural atmosphere. The elegant master bedroom offers a king bed with incredible ocean views, and the two guest bedrooms feature a queen bed, each with paired full bathrooms. The cozy downstairs den offers a day bed and trundle, with a half bath around the corner, which is ideal for children. Open your window and enjoy amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Or walk to the terrace and sway in the hammock with your favorite book. A perfect place to watch the sunset!

The living area, kitchen, and terrace all have unique views of the ocean. The gourmet kitchen features plenty of counter space and a lovely breakfast nook that is sure to be a delight for the culinary genius in your entourage.

Outside you can take a swim in the villa's private lap pool and enjoy the views. Casa Teja also has a stylish outdoor living area a barbeque to enjoy with your family next to the pool. The villa includes a wine fridge, wifi, friendly staff with housekeeping, and security.
