Villa Surfside is a spacious 2-level house occupying over 4,000 square feet of living space and offering superb sweeping ocean views. This stylish and welcoming home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and offers immense privacy in a very scenic and tranquil location.

The moment you step inside Villa Surfside, you’ll be immediately drawn to the magnificent ocean views and the brightness of the interior. Large windows in every room provide an abundance of natural light. Natural wooden floors and high ceilings blend perfectly with the bright color scheme, adding to the welcoming and relaxing aura throughout the house. The open plan great room combines living room, kitchen and dining area where one flows into the other with each area offering fantastic ocean views. In the living space, a beautiful stone fireplace surrounded by oversized seating provides warmth and comfort during cooler winter evenings. Here too, your guests can watch TV or relax while observing the cook at work in the adjoining kitchen.

A large modern dining table is located within the spacious fully equipped kitchen area, making for a casual spot to enjoy meals together. The surrounding gourmet kitchen offers tons of countertop space for food preparation, most of it positioned inside large windows overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with the finest kitchen appliances including a double cooker with dual ovens. Any aspiring cooks in your group will relish mealtimes in this superb kitchen. Both the living area and kitchen/dining area lead out onto the front garden patio, where an additional table and chairs is available for Al Fresco dining, or the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The living room also leads into a cozy little sunroom, another perfect place for some relaxing quiet time with breathtaking views.

The splendid Master Bedroom is located on the second floor of the house. This enormous room is furnished with a king bed from where you can admire unspoiled sea views. The room also has a large seating area and a corner fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two have queen beds and the other has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Providing entertainment for your guests is a doddle at Villa Surfside. A superb Games Room on the second floor provides a professional poker table and Foosball and leads out onto the balcony, complete with sun loungers from where to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the sea breezes. Your guests can enjoy long walks on the beach to the front of the house and take a dip in the ocean whenever pleases them. For those who prefer to spend their time relaxing, a heated outdoor pool in the back garden is idyllic, complete with pool house, sun loungers on the patio, gas BBQ grill and pool toys. The pool house is furnished with seating, a fireplace, a washroom and a queen size bed, providing an excellent private hideaway, separate from the main house.

Villa Surfside is less than 2 miles drive from the village of Montauk where you can mingle with a hip crowd that frequent the local bars and restaurants. Montauk is also very family-oriented with great activities for all ages.
