The air-conditioned villa is very close to the heart of Marbella, and you can stroll to the centre in fifteen minutes where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, cafes, and entertainment.

All the well-known beaches of Marbella are within a short walk including the Marina port. The first floor offers a wonderful master bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes, private terraces with sea views and a bright modern bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath. Also on this floor are three further bedrooms two twins, one double and a further full bathroom.

The second floor has a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, private terrace, and great views across Marbella and down to the sea. The lower floor has a stunning cinema room with seating for up to 6 along with state-of-the-art technology. There is also a great games room and bar area which offers, a pool table, table tennis, a table football, and a punching bag to work off any extra calories.

The walled garden, has a swimming pool, a brick and stone gazebo with a brick barbecue, and a toilet area. So, you can stay outside throughout the day without having to venture inside.

You can play tennis at a location nearby, and the area is popular for golfing. There is something for everyone to enjoy in this area. Spend your days shopping in designer boutiques or lounging on the beach with a drink in hand. There is no better way to spend your day than soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun.

Marbella Bus Station is a 10-minute walk, while Plaza de Toros Marbella is 0.7 mi away. Malaga Airport is 25 mi from the property. The property is in the city centre and is within easy access to many amenities and attractions for you and your guests to enjoy.
