Welcome to Villa Skyline, a recently refurbished 5-bedroom luxury villa that is perched along the glistening coastline in Turks and Caicos. This newly built modern Caribbean property is ideally located on the water's edge, overlooking the turquoise Sea along the western edge of Grace Bay. With its large private infinity pool, this villa is the ideal home to experience this tropical paradise. Located specifically in Blue Mountain, the villa can accommodate up to six guests over its expansive outdoor space and lavish interiors. Please note there is an additional couch bed that can accommodate 1-2 additional guests.

From the start, the new owners have insisted on a 5-star, high-end “Ritz Carlton” standard with every fixture, appliance, and accessory of the highest standard and expertly installed.

The villa embraces the views of the ocean from all angles. Walk out onto the large terrace on the lower level ad your eyes will fall on the large infinity pool as it blends with the endless horizon. The pool is perfect to slip into at any time with crisp waters and incredible views over the Ocean. Enjoy a refreshing mornings swim or a late-night dip as the pool lights up in the evenings. The terrace is laced with comfortable sun loungers and sunbeds that fringe the pool. You can perch yourself on the outdoor seating and sip on a hot cup of coffee as you watch boats sail swiftly by or look out over the views. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical landscapes and vivacious vegetation. Listen as the waves lap in the distance and the trees rustle with the touch of the Caribbean breezes. You can read a book in this serene location on the first or second-floor terrace. There are ample outdoor seating and even secluded and private balconies fitted with additional sun loungers. Let your worries float away as you relax in your tropical home. Enjoy an evening meal on the covered dining terrace that overlooks the pool and the ocean. Watch from the second floors balcony as the sun sets in the distance and the sky burst with colors and then fades uncovering the bright stars.

Delving into the details of your interior spaces, the villa is incredibly modern and comfortable. The rooms are fitted with the finest furnishings and attention to detail to deliver an unparalleled quality for you to enjoy. The overall design is spacious and embraces a minimalistic approach. The lavish living room is located off the main terrace. Here you will find the dining room and kitchen blended together into one space. The living room is fitted with plush sofas and a high-resolution television. The room overlooks the pool and enjoys incredible ocean views. The living area is uniquely designed with one wall of rich caramelized wooden panels and the floor in a similar manner. The dining and kitchen area uses soft crisp tile and whitewashed walls. The area is pristine and full of light due to the large ceiling-to-floor windows. The space is very open and creates an elegant ambiance. The dining area also overlooks the surrounding area and seats six guests comfortably. The wooden cabinetry in the kitchen matches the wooden design in the living room, tying the design together. furnishings in the room adds a rich caramelized warmth. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use.

Villa Skyline has a total of five bedrooms. Each room boasts its own private en-suite bathroom and incredible views across the Caribbean Sea. The luxurious Master bedroom is fitted with a King-sized bed and enjoys direct access out onto the balcony. The second bedroom offers two large and comfortable queen-sized beds and enjoys access to the balcony. On the second floor the third, forth and fifth bedrooms feature king-sized beds. All the bedrooms encompass a vast amount of space and modern furnishings. Each room includes air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a safe, and a desk.

Villa Skyline is fully equipped with air-conditioning, a secure Wi-Fi connection inside and outside, cable television, and a state-of-the-art sound system. An additional feature the villa boasts is the private fitness room. Here you can enjoy a quick workout in the evenings before slipping into the bubbly waters of the jacuzzi. There is also a medium-sized office space.

Villa Skyline has recently gained new beach access at Rockhouse Beach Club, just a 2 minutes' walk from the villa, all for your comfort and enjoyment.

LOCATION:
Villa Skyline is located a short 10-minute drive from the famous Grace Bay Beach. It is approximately 9 minutes from the Providenciales International Airport (6km), Casa Grande is located on the Northside of Providential. The villa is conveniently and comfortably situated in a vibrant area full of grocery shops, the finest restaurants, luxury retail shops, as well as duty-free shops. The villa is situated in one of the safest parts of Providenciales as it has one of the lowest crime rates.

The Turks and Caicos Islands consist of 40 different islands and cays, only 8 of which are inhabited. The unique character of this location offers a great climate due to warm trade winds, the world’s top-rated beaches such as Grace Beach Bay, and it also offers a variety of adventurous underwater activities. The crisp crystal waters are mystical and a delight to swim in. Only a minutes’ drive from your villa is Smiths reef, one of the best places in the TCI to go snorkeling.

Providenciales is the most well-known of the Turks and Caicos Islands and is the center of the tourism industry with a wide range of hotels, restaurants, attractions, and facilities. The Princess Alexandra National Park is a short drive away. Visit the Gold Course (15-minute drive) or take a wander around the Conch Farm (15-minute drive). This location offers a glimpse into the heritage and historic Caribbean rustic charm. The way of life is very relaxed and offers you the space to realign yourself.
