Upon entering Villa Siena, you will find a living/family area complete with a bar counter, sectional sofa, 65” smart TV, and 22 feet of glass sliding doors opening out to the pool area with comfy sofa seating and a lushly landscaped private yard. This is a great area for you and your entire party to chill out together and make memories of your vacation.

Upstairs you’ll be amazed by the 30-foot vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen complete with a 6-burner gas Viking stove, a built-in Thermador refrigerator, breakfast counter, and more cabinets than you will ever use. Here, the chef in your family can spend an evening preparing a delicious meal for the rest of your party, incorporating all the flavors of the Caribbean.

There is a large formal dining area to seat eight, sofa and chair seating including a 70″ smart TV. Enjoy mealtime with your family in this area or have a movie night with a classic or a comedy. The entire area opens with thirty-two feet of glass doors to the upper terrace, complete with a dining area, lounge area, and barbecue grill area.

Villa Siena is situated on an oversized lot with a gated entrance. Tall palm trees and tropical landscaping surround the villa on all sides. The first-floor terrace opens out to the large swimming pool which has an infinity edge on three sides and features an ancient Italian well ring in the center.

You will find comfy sofa seating under the covered terrace and various chaise loungers surrounding the pool area outside. The entire yard is secluded for complete privacy. The upper terrace is complete with a dining table and chairs, a built-in grill area, and a lounge area.

The Master Suite in Villa Siena is situated on the second floor. It is beautifully furnished with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large standalone shower and double vanity, and his and her walk-in closet sliding glass doors will take you out to the balcony overlooking the pool and yard area. Relax here in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand, the perfect way to start a tranquil day in Turks and Caicos.

The second bedroom is a suite located on the first-floor level and is complete with a four-poster king bed, an en-suite bathroom that includes a tub, a large standalone shower, and a vanity. The double French doors will lead you out to the private terrace which connects to the pool area. This wonderful terrace allows the guests in this room their own space and peace, an ideal space to do a morning stretch or a spot of yoga.

Just off the family room in Villa Siena is bedroom three, a suite also located on the first floor of the home. It is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, large standalone shower, and vanity. Through the double French doors, you will find a private terrace area with a “splash” pool that waterfalls into the larger swimming pool.

Bedroom four is a detached Guest Suite, complete with a Queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area, and bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity.
