Villa Santa Monica is home to four bedrooms for all of our guests to reside in the utmost comfort. All bedrooms have their own spacious en suite bathrooms with showers or baths. Many also open directly onto a veranda that has breathtaking views of the dazzling sea below. The Villa also has an office that can be used as an extra bedroom upon request. Otherwise, the office is a perfect spot for those who are looking for some peace and quiet and who need to keep up with work while on vacation; it even has its own printer.

This Spanish home is recently renovated in an elegant and contemporary style while keeping the Mediterranean essence on the exterior. The open-plan spaces and natural color palette, along with the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, seamlessly merge the outdoors with the interior. The light colors of this Villa give it a relaxing feel, and this all allows you to take in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

This property is equipped with a magnificent modern kitchen. It has light tiled floors, state-of-the-art appliances along with a large island that stands out with its dark color. A round indoor dining table right beside the island matches it in color. The kitchen is then connected to the atrium, where you will find a large grand piano that can provide the perfect atmosphere for any evening, as well as the outdoor dining areas. The main outdoor dining area is in a courtyard where you can sit outside in the balmy summer air and enjoy your meals at any time under the sun or the stars. If you continue through indoors, a more formal indoor dining table awaits with floor-to-ceiling glass windows on two sides.

The Villa also houses two living areas, one that can be used for a fun movie night where you share your favorite film with your loved ones. The other is connected to the dining area and is complete with two elegant white sofas and a floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens to the pool terrace.

Moving outdoors, onto the Villa’s pool deck, this is where so much of the holiday happens. The large veranda is bordered by huge palm trees and lush greenery that add to the feeling of privacy in Santa Monica. The large pool is a mesmerizing shade of blue that makes it so inviting: enjoy a refreshing splash to take a break from the heat. Oversized sunbeds and sun umbrellas are dotted all around the terrace for you to unwind, either in the sun or the shade. And if the need for a quick swim in the ocean arises, the beach is only a short drive away.
