The Villa is perched on the ideal location as it rests along the sugar-fine sandy shores of Grace Bay Beach. This is one of the most famous beaches worldwide for its 3 miles of soft sandy shorelines, as well as its well-preserved waters and colorful reefs. Walk along the beach and let the waves lap lazily onto your toes. The beach offers incredible views of the crystalline turquoise waters. This section of Grace Bay Beach features the best snorkeling in the country, as it is located on the doorstep of Smiths Reef. Dive in to experience an endless color pallet of tropical fish as it is made up of several distinct and unique reef systems and coral heads. There are several reefs in the area, with sites variable areas that you can choose from if you are a little nervous or are a beginner. There are also reef locations for more experienced alike. If you wish to spend a day on the beach, then your personal villa beach attendant will set up chairs and towels on the sandy shore beside your villa. He can serve up some simple drinks such as soft drinks, beer or wine, as you lounge on the comfortable sun beds.

Here you will find plush sofas sitting opposite a large plasma Television. The room is pristine as it opens out into the exterior space and floods the room with light. The splashes of bold blue create a vibrant and modern room. The room blends with the kitchen and the breakfast bar with seating four guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to try out some new recipes during your stay. The villa also offers a Barbeque grill perfect for freshly caught fish and dining out on the alfresco dining table.

Villa Sandpiper features two spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each room offers you a private en-suite bathroom. The luxurious master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and has access to two private terraces. The room also features a large plasma TV. The room enjoys incredible sea views and from the front of the room, you can also look out over the Marina. The second bedroom is located on the beach level and offers a King-sized bed and a large plasma TV.

The Providenciales International Airport is a short 10-minute drive from (6.2km) your luxurious Villa. The villa is a short walk from Turtle Cove Marina, delicious restaurants and water-sport activities.

The famous shores of Grace Bay Beach expand over three miles. It is also located near other beaches such as Long Bay and Taylor Bay beach. The sugar fine sandy shores and well-preserved waters and reefs provide an experience like no other. This area features the best snorkeling in the country, as it is on the doorstep of Smiths Reef. Dive in to experience an endless color pallet of tropical fish. The sea life includes both larger creatures and quainter ones also. The larger creatures include green turtles, hawksbill turtles, southern brown stingrays, and majestic spotted eagle rays. There are so many colorful small and unique fish to see at Smith's Reef, including stoplight parrotfish, queen angelfish, French angelfish, butterfly fish, porcupinefish, trumpetfish, yellowtail snapper, squirrelfish, damselfish, rock hinds, French grunts, filefish, bluehead wrasse, indigo hamlets, horse-eye jacks, barracudas, and many more.
