The décor at this Mediterranean Villa is truly regal. Double gates open onto a charming red brick driveway bordered by a lush green lawn that leads over to the beach. Enter the elegant property via a grand atrium and continue down a gleaming marble staircase to the open-plan living area. Sana has a calming color palette, mainly featuring white marble with warm tones coming from the furniture, rugs, and other décor displayed around the property. Spanish artworks and Persian rugs add the final touch of personality to the Villa giving it a welcoming feel.

This stunning Villa houses seven beautiful bedrooms. Each bedroom has incredible views of the surrounding nature, while many have their own en suite bathrooms. In some of these magnificently tiled bathrooms, there are large bathtubs where you can unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the Master bedroom is equipped with a television set so you can enjoy a fun movie in bed while getting some well-deserved rest and relaxation. It also features a private terrace. This veranda overlooks both the pool and the endless ocean. It really is the dream spot for taking in the panoramic views, maybe with your first cup of morning coffee to wake you up or at night curled up with a loved one and discussing the events of the day.

The seventh bedroom is in a separate guest house on the Villa’s grounds, with a private living room as well as an en suite bathroom that provide guests with additional peace and privacy.

The social areas of this spectacular fairytale palace are a delightful place to spend some time in excellent company. First, there is the main living space, furnished with an array of comfy seats; this area opens onto the outdoor patio through floor-to-ceiling doors. This corner of the Spanish Villa is complete with dark stone countertops and contrasting light tiles; it features a matching kitchen island where you can indulge in a quick snack. Through another doorway, you then have a professional-grade kitchen, where for an additional fee, you can have your very own dedicated chef work their magic to create your favorite dishes from scratch.

The place to be at Sana is outdoors. A shaded terrace is connected to the ground floor living space and features an alfresco dining arrangement as well as an array of uber-comfortable couches and chaises. This makes for a lovely place for curling up with a book or sipping on a fruity cocktail while relaxing. Further into the emerald garden, the lagoon-style pool overlooks the endless sea. Jump in for a refreshing dip to get out of the 12 o’clock heat or relax with a mid-day siesta on one of the loungers that surround it.

When you decide that it is time for an adventure, make your way down to the beach that is right on your doorstep. Wander along the golden sandy strand and splash around in the dazzling blue sea.
