HOUSE RULES:
• Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am
• No Smoking: Guests should not smoke inside the property at any time.
• Don't flush wipes, diapers, tissues, or sanitary/hygiene products in the toilet.
• No parties are allowed. If you are planning an event, contact us.
• Quiet times are from 11pm (23:00) to 8am (08:00)
• The loss of a set of keys has a cost of 100€
• No pets are allowed unless by written authorization of the Manager.

HOUSE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Keep the AC off when the doors are open.
• Electric awnings: use the remote control to open and keep them closed at night or if you leave the house.
• Do not put hot pans on the kitchen counter.
• Put the protection covers on the outdoor furniture (sun beds and round sofa) at night time.
• Close all doors and windows when you leave the house and set the alarm.
• No rubbish should be left in the garden or outside the house. Please use the public containers located at the top of the road.
