Welcome to Villa Punta Sam, a magnificent beachfront home, complete with 6 beautiful bedrooms. Located right on the beach in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Mexico, this is your very own unique slice of paradise. The far-reaching, panoramic sea views are the perfect backdrop for your vacation. Sleeping up to 21 guests, Villa Punta Sam is the ideal destination for you and your loved ones.

Villa Punta Sam is home to six bedrooms for all of our guests to reside in the utmost comfort. Five of these suites are located on the first floor of the main building. All bedrooms have their own spacious en suite bathrooms with showers or baths. Many also have private terraces, some of which include elegant furnishings and overlook the ocean below. The sixth bedroom is located in a bungalow beside the main building. It features two queen beds, an en suite bathroom, and a living area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. This setup is perfect for giving guests their own privacy while not excluding them from the main areas of the gorgeous Villa.

This Cancun home is decorated in an elegant and contemporary style. Modern design is complemented with very Mexican furnishings and pops of bright color. The open-plan spaces and greenery, along with the floor-to-ceiling glass doors, truly merge the outdoors with the interior. The light colors of this Villa give it a relaxing feel, and this allows you to enjoy its beauty and the surrounding views at leisure.

This property is equipped with a gourmet kitchen. It has tiled marble floors, white countertops with light wood cupboards along with built-in appliances. The kitchen is where you can find your very own dedicated chef, who can whip up any meal of your choice. Just past the kitchen is the main dining area that houses a large glass dining table with beautiful coral-colored chairs, perfect for any meal, night, or day. Across the open-plan space, you will have a fully stocked bar with coral stools at the counter that are designed to match the dining chairs, as well as a round glass table with bright yellow chairs where you can enjoy a card game or a chat. This bar can be manned by the Villa’s skilled bartender in the afternoons and evenings.

The Villa also houses a living room that can be turned into a movie room or a games room and is complete with an Xbox, a Nintendo Switch, and Blu R63ay and DVD libraries. This makes it a feature room for having some fun with your children, whether young or teenagers, and also, why not for friends who are young at heart and enjoy some healthy competition?

Moving outdoors, onto the Villa’s pool deck, is where so much of the vacation fun happens. The large pool is paired with a jacuzzi and many oversized sunbeds and sun umbrellas for you to enjoy, either in the sun or the shade. When the need for a quick swim in the ocean arises, the golden beach sand is just steps away. A sunset walk along the warm strand with the seawater lapping at your feet is an amazing experience that will help you relax and make your senses tingle.

Continuing up to the rooftop terrace, we find it semi-shaded with another dining table beside a state-of-the-art barbeque grill, along with sun loungers and extra chairs. This area of the Villa is especially suited for a number of events. Enjoy a dinner party with all of your friends and family, or take part in a sunrise yoga class before a gourmet breakfast. This roof terrace is easily accessible to everyone via the property' own pneumatic vacuum elevator that connects all floors.

If you would like to explore, Villa Punta Sam is conveniently located near downtown Cancun. For those who are interested in history, only minutes away, you will find ancient Mayan ruins and a worship center for the Mayan god Ixchel who represents love and fertility. Then not far from the beach in front of you is the largest coral reef in the Northern hemisphere, where you can see many protected species.
