Welcome to Villa Privilege, a beautiful 3-bedroom villa located in the heart of Gustavia. This modern villa looks onto Gustavia Harbour offering panoramic views of luxury yachts and crystal blue waters. Located just steps away from the stunning Shell Beach, Shellona restaurant and many high-end shops.

This villa comprises of a large, open plan kitchen and living area which flows onto the outdoor terrace which acts as a second living area while also offering the most magical views of Gustavia Harbour.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it the perfect spot for rustling up your favourite gourmet dish while rocking out to your favourite band played across the Bose Bluetooth sound system and sipping on a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. The kitchen island features a cool, chic breakfast bar set up for your loved ones to sit and chat or help with the chopping! On the other hand, if you want to sit back and relax and leave the experts to work, you can throw up your feet in the adjacent living room where you can watch Apple TV and watch the yachts pass through the harbour.

This villa offers 3 spacious king-size bedrooms, each one featuring Apple TV, private en suite and walk-in shower. Each bedroom has its own unique style and accompanying furnishings from a wooden floor to ceiling panelling and sunset-inspired soft furnishings to jungle-inspired accessories and cacti, there is something for everyone.

The focal point in this stunning villa must be the large outdoor terrace which opens directly via the floor to ceiling glass doors from the kitchen/living room. Here, you’ll find the beautiful swimming pool, sun loungers, sofa and dining table. The well-sheltered harbour is surrounded by the green hills of Gustavia all which can be seen from the villa's terrace. It is the perfect spot to relax with an ice-cold Mojito after an exciting day touring the island of St Barts on a jet ski – one of our guests’ favourite ways to explore the island! This villa is the perfect location for the family or group who wants to be within walking distance of the beach, bars, and many restaurants. Not to mention the easily accessible shops and beach clubs.

LOCATION:
Gustavia is home to small inns, beautiful cafes, diverse restaurants, activities, and chic boutiques that are housed in old buildings of Swedish colonial and French Creole architecture. The harbour, which is too small for most cruise ships, is a favourite layover for sailing yachts. There is a lovely boardwalk along the waterfront. Here, you will find lots of small boats and tenders moored at the restaurants and bars which creates a laid-back atmosphere.

In the winter season, Gustavia is one of the most fashionable places in the world with many luxury yachts moored shoulder to shoulder. Onshore, you will find high end, luxury shops and boutique including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermes and Cartier. The streets surrounding the harbour are steeped in character and colour. You will find a diverse selection of restaurants on every corner many offering live entertainment and music for their guests. The energy and buzz around the streets are addictive and you will never want to leave!

Shell beach is just a 5-minute walk from villa Privilege. Here you will be spoiled for choice! You can spend the morning sunbathing beside the calm, blue waters while sipping on a mimosa. Shellona restaurant on shell beach is the perfect spot to enjoy some authentic Greek food – some personal favourites of ours include the Soutzoukaki and the “Grish” and Chips, all freshly prepared by Yiannis Kioroglou who is originally from Athens and spends his free time exploring food markets sourcing the best products to offer to his guests. Take a few moments to sit back and relax after your beautiful lunch and then retake your spot on the beach for an afternoon of exploring the underwater world St Barts has to offer. The water is calm, clear, and full of tropical fish -Green sea turtles and Caribbean reef fish just to mention a few– perfection!
