The villa is fully staffed, including a private chef and a housekeeper. Staff in this villa are fully dedicated to making your vacation an exceptional one. Your private chef will prepare authentic, delicious Italian meals for you exactly to your tastes and preferences.

The main villa occupies 1000 square meters and is spread across 4 generous floors and also offers an internal elevator. This makes the property suitable for large groups of all ages and also allows each guest space, peace and privacy while still allowing everyone to spend time together in the villa’s wonderful communal areas.

This villa features a wonderful 100 sqm fully-equipped kitchen. This is a great place to try out your cooking skills and create an Italian feast. If you do not wish you would not have to spend any time here as your chef can take care of preparing meals for you and your guests.

The villa also boasts beautiful gardens where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace outside the kitchen. An alfresco dining experience in the pergola can also be enjoyed with friends and family. Indulge in stunning views and beautiful weather and feel completely at peace at Porto Felice.

This villa also features 2 dining rooms for up to 16 guests, a gym, an indoor pool, a changing room next to the fitness area which includes a hairdryer and towels, and a shower. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the morning or join in the fun with the kids in the family and enjoy quality time with them.

Porto Felice features 9 bedrooms all compromised of comfortable beds and stunning lake or garden views. The master bedroom in this villa is located on the third floor and is fitted with a king-sized round bed. There are three large windows in this room and a double balcony boasting a view of the lake. Allow the lovely fresh air and the Italian sun to stream into the room, a wonderful thing to wake up to in the morning. This bedroom also features a large walk-in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms can be changed into twin rooms if needed, a great option for children or teens in the group.

LOCATION:
Tremezzina is located on the western banks of Lake Como, right in front of Bellagio, and is the result of a recent merger of the communes of Lenno, Mezzegra, Ossuccio, and Tremezzo.

There is more to do in this area than traditional sightseeing. Visitors can book a flight over the lake by seaplane or take the hillside trolley to Brunate and enjoy spectacular views from above. Extreme sports enthusiasts can enjoy paragliding off of Mount Nuvolone. Small and large groups alike can book boat tours with our concierge to enjoy the lake from the water.
