This villa can accommodate up to 20 guests, making it suitable for a family gathering, reunion, or just a good old-fashioned party. The villa having been recently refurbished in the last few months is ready and waiting for you and your family to enjoy all it has to offer. The villa is fully staffed, including a private chef and a housekeeper. Staff in this villa are fully dedicated to making your vacation an exceptional one. Your private chef will prepare authentic, delicious Italian meals for you exactly to your tastes and preferences.

The main villa occupies 1000 square meters and is spread across 4 generous floors and also offers an internal elevator. This makes the property suitable for large groups of all ages and also allows each guest space, peace, and privacy while still allowing everyone to spend time together in the villa’s wonderful communal areas.

This villa features a wonderful 100 sqm fully-equipped kitchen. This is a great place to try out your cooking skills and create an Italian feast. If you do not wish you would not have to spend any time here as your chef can take care of preparing meals for you and your guests.

This villa also features 2 dining rooms for up to 16 guests, a gym, an indoor pool, a changing room next to the fitness area which includes a hairdryer and towels, and a shower. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the morning or join in the fun with the kids in the family and enjoy quality time with them.

Porto Felice features 9 bedrooms all compromised of comfortable beds and stunning lake or garden views. The master bedroom in this villa is located on the third floor and is fitted with a king-sized round bed. There are three large windows in this room and a double balcony boasting a view of the lake. Allow the lovely fresh air and the Italian sun to stream into the room, a wonderful thing to wake up to in the morning. This bedroom also features a large walk-in wardrobe with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms can be changed into twin rooms if needed, a great option for children or teens in the group.

LOCATION:
Tremezzina is located on the western banks of Lake Como, right in front of Bellagio, and is the result of a recent merger of the communes of Lenno, Mezzegra, Ossuccio, and Tremezzo.

There is more to do in this area than traditional sightseeing. Visitors can book a flight over the lake by seaplane or take the hillside trolley to Brunate and enjoy spectacular views from above. Extreme sports enthusiasts can enjoy paragliding off Mount Nuvolone. Small and large groups alike can book boat tours with our concierge to enjoy the lake from the water.

For the more adventurous, Lake Como also offers water skiing, windsurfing, and wakeboarding. Bikers will surely enjoy the natural trails that lead to the mountains or even hidden pebbled beaches. NEWS FOR 2024!!
Starting from April 2024, Villa Porto Felice will feature a stunning outdoor swimming pool, with breathtaking views over the lake. It will be equipped with a changing room (comprehensive shower and bathroom), a sundeck, and a barbecue and shaded dining area. The large lawn that englobes the Villa will be enriched with trees and typical plants from the Lake Como area (such as azaleas, ficus, and pythosphorus). When the garden blossoms in the new year, it will create an even more bucolic and welcoming atmosphere than it does today. The renderings of the new pool are at the end of the photo show. We are confident that these improvements will make stays at Villa Porto Felice even more enjoyable.
