This splendid property has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and has been turned into an elegant villa sleeping up to 16 people. It also has an adjoining outbuilding for 8 extra (rentable upon request in conjunction with the main villa) accommodating a total number of 24 guests. This luxury Italian villa is an ideal destination for families and friends who wish to spend a relaxing holiday together.

Petrognano is a truly Italian styled villa with timber beamed ceilings and tiled floors but has all the modern attributes to compliment this. The dining and lounge room areas are separated by roman brick arches which gives both rooms a lovely open feel. In the dining room you have a beautiful hand crafted wooden table which seats 14 guests and great for family gatherings. You could hire in a chef for the evening that will spoil you rotten with fantastic local cuisine. Petrognano is by far one of the nicest Luxury Tuscany Villas and is ideal for a family vacation to Italy.

On the first floor you have the living room which has comfy seating for 10 and satellite TV for your entertainment. You can access the outdoor terrace from here where you also have a furnished area which is great for al fresco dining. 4 double bedrooms and 2 twin-bedded rooms are also on this level. All of the bedrooms are provided with ensuite bathroom (3 bedrooms have a bathroom with shower, 1 with bathtub and 2 bedrooms have a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub). The 2nd floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a twin bedroom (which is located on the ground floor) and this can be turned into double bedroom if required. All of the bedrooms have satellite TV .

Outside is where most of your vacation will be spent. If you are not touring the countryside or visiting Florence and Siena you will be lying out on sun loungers next to you own private swimming pool. This is a wonderful area to spend your days basking in the Tuscan sunshine. For your pleasure there is also a Jacuzzi area and children’s swimming pool, table tennis, dress room with sauna and toilet.

You have a large panoramic garden offering beautiful furnished terraces and pergolas, imagine spending your evenings al fresco dining with the people closest to you or entertaining friends with a cocktail party while watching the sun setting behind the hills of Tuscany.

The villa also has a laundry area with ironing facilities and a large covered parking space for up to 8 cars. The villa is provided with fast internet connection (ADSL) and air-conditioning.
