From the moment you journey through the gates and along the driveway, the grandeur of Paprika’s presence becomes apparent. Sporting rooves that recall its namesake, Villa Paprika’s bright and jovial outward appearance belies its size; a three-storey villa with copious amounts of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy, there’s ample room to host everyone together in one space or take some time to yourself in absorbing the tropical atmosphere. Surrounded by lush green gardens and swaying palms that shroud the villa from the outside world, prepare to stay in your own private luxury oasis on Providenciales.

Situated just at the edge of the beach and mere footsteps away from the soft silky sands of the beach, the villa’s outdoor spaces are to be enjoyed to the full; several places to wine and dine are to be found, ensuring a magical setting for an evening of al fresco delights. Loungers to bask in the rays of the sun surround the swimming pool, as well as lining the sun decks that face out to the sea; take a dip in the cool waters of the pool if the heat gets too much, or better yet, stroll down to the waves, and emerge refreshed and revived.

Indoors, the colour palette takes inspiration from the outside with a nautical theme, a range of tonal blues and greens highlighting the clean white walls and sandstone tiled floors. The open plan design of the interior lends itself well to keeping the space light and airy while allowing for the use of deeply hued woods in the beautiful furniture. The dining area resides adjacent to the kitchen, an elegant chandelier suspended overhead to cast soft light and create an intimate setting for dinner.

Spacious and filled with modern appliances to serve up mouthwatering meals, expertly crafted cabinetry embellishes the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you take it upon yourself to cater to the appetite of the villa’s guests, or take the hard work out of dinner and leave it the capable hands of the chef, richly flavoured meals are a guarantee. All rooms are equally sized and boast considerable space. All five enjoy their own luxurious en-suite bathrooms, as well as air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep a pleasant climate. Villa Paprika’s closeness to the coast lends it almost instant access to pristine sands and clear blue waters. Grace Bay beach is regarded quite highly on the list of best beaches in the world every year, and Grace Bay itself is just a few minutes’ drives away from the villa and hosts some of the finest shops and restaurants on offer throughout the Caribbean.

Located just a few moments away from a diver’s paradise, Smith’s Reef, soft silky sands are just moments away on foot. One of the best places on the island for underwater adventures, it is possible to observe the beauty of some of the world’s most amazing coral reefs and the marine life that populate them without heading too far out into the water. Grace Bay, the island capital, is just under 8km away and has some of the best shops and restaurants on offer throughout the Caribbean. Grace Bay Beach is also high on the list of the best beaches in the world. Blue Haven Marina is the place to be for watersports and hosts a wide variety to choose from; guests can charter boats, go scuba diving, fishing and take eco-tours of the barrier reef.

Plenty of restaurants are within a few minutes’ strolls away and are ideal for sampling some amazing cuisine – Turtle Cove Marina hosts many of these restaurants, all within walking distance.
